The receptionist area was nice and LaConstance was very helpful. The accomodations did not meet our expectations. The traditional rooms are not the rooms shown on the site, the side our room was on smelled like urine, the bed and linens looked clean, but the room was very out dated with an old smell, carpet was old and stained and it appeared that someone had attempted to break in where the lock mechanism was on the door. It was not for us. We decided not to stay and the room was cancelled free of charge.

After working a 12-hour shift, I arrived at 8:30 pm and the office was closed. I called the number posted outside the office entrance. I was told the office is closed and I have to come back tomorrow morning when the office is open. I had to find another hotel, and I was charged for the room which I will contest.

It was not Prattville one it was the Montgomery location off of Eastern Blvd South place they took 1110.00 dollar from me for 3 weeks the first day I didn't stay they had to spray so I went to another hotel until I thought they did the room while I was away pull back up the next day to my room to see the door wide open cause they just sprayed it was out of this bad and I was traumatized by the whole dealing with the room full of bugs they would not give me my money back I had to sleep in my car and call the police to come get my money for me the police advise them to refund my whole thing but they lied and gave me back 600.00 dollars I'm still trying to do small claims court Give me my money back and that would of been all and Jennifer needs to be in jail the way she treated me and the staff

Alots of space, Very clean

It’s good for the price but the windows and doors aren’t properly sealed so I had bugs and a lizard enter during my stay. It also functions more like apts so the weekly cleaning doesn’t include clean towels (you have to wash them yourself) and the front desk hours are strange, making it difficult to get anyone on the phone at times. It works for what I needed but it’s definitely not for all travelers.

The property offers nothing, was even told I needed to wash hotel towels myself. I reserved a king size bed with sofa bed room, and ended up with a queen size bed only room at the same price...I believe that this was unfair due to the price difference when reserving rooms. Only one burner worked on the stove. This was the first hotel that I've experienced that don't provide a iron, hair dryer, broom, trash bags. Other than Staff being polite, this was the worst stay that I've ever had. If anyone plan on staying here you better be prepared to furnish anything you think you might need to make your stay comfortable, because InTown Suites offers NOTHING.

When I arrived to check in the lady at the desk, said to me in the most confusing way, “I’m gonna let you look at it first, and see if it’s gonna work for you”. She said “wait a minute can you give me about an hour? Never mind hold on just one minute. Let me see something“ she then took a phone call for about five minutes and told me that this was the only one she had, go check it out. So I did, and it was nothing like advertised, not even close. I’m not sure where the pictures on this website come from but they never came from this hotel. The room smelled like cigarettes and sour mop water, paint was peeling off the wall, comforters and pillows were stained and burned, the floor hadn’t been swept. The countertops were dirty, and the bathroom fixtures were not a fixed. I went back to the office. I’m assuming to look on my face inspired her next question. “ that one ain’t gonna work? I figured that… OK sorry, have a nice day” I asked if she had another unit she said nope that’s the only one I have. I left assuming after our conversation and me never checking in due to the condition and the false advertising that I would not be charged however, I was charged $60… For wasting my time I would’ve loved nothing better having got off of a 12 hour night shift then to go to bed, but I couldn’t furthermore wound up sleeping in my truck that day. Nothing. When I arrived to check in the lady at the desk, said to me in the most confusing way, “I’m gonna let you look at it first, and see if it’s gonna work for you”.
