Best Western Prescottonian

There is no elevator so second story rooms are a pain dragging your luggage up. If I had known I would have asked for a first floor room when reserving it. Rooms were clean but maid service only made one bed instead of both, super small bathroom but really the worse part was the subpar AC unit that doesn't keep the room cool at all. It was a very hot weekend and not being able to get some relief was a bummer. Also, I wouldn't recommend eating at the Mexican restaurant on the property.

Staff was helpful with what they could help . Rooms were a bit smelly and only had 1 car charger that was always being used.

We loved the heated pool, large comfortable rooms, and the full free breakfast The hotel's located at a major junction where Gurley splits into the 89 and 69. The first time we drove into the parking lot the main road Gurley was quite busy with fast cars. After we checked in we found on the hotel map that there's a little street behind the hotel that took us over to Gurley with a signal. Made it convenient and less stressful to get into and out of the hotel. Wonderful!

Location was good Absolutely no water pressure in the shower. The bed was super uncomfortable and like sleeping on a board

Two guys were under the trees at a small table by the stairs smoking weed. We went out for dinner, came back around 8:30 and a group of 4 people were now under the trees, smoking, getting high and drinking. Laughing, yelling and raising hell until after 1am. The next morning's "Breakfast Buffet" many of the condiments weren't stocked, the sausage was barely warmed through, not cooked. D+ at best. We travel a lot, we know the "basic" offerings usually the basic offerings are at least edible. Housekeeping thought it was fine to bang on our door twice at 9:30am to see if we were checking out even thought we had a do not disturb sign on the handle, and check out is 11:00am. I know it sounds like I'm on a rant, I prefer only leaving good reviews, but this was just a frustrating stay all around. The only redeeming quality of the place was the water pressure in the shower. A+. The desk staff was pleasant.

Crumbs in my sheets. Restaurant made me sick. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Unsafe area. The property is not kept up at all.

6-9am breakfast is longer than most other hotels. Our two room suite was sweet. Very spacious and clean. Seems to have been nicely painted since we last stayed here 10 years ago. Central location gets you to all spots in Prescott quite quickly. Staff was very helpful with all our needs. I had an emergency and could not attend and they allowed my wife to check-in without me and I was able to call from SoCal and they helped quickly with everything.
