The views were worth it! Beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains and huge outdoor space to hang out outside of the lobby. Restaurant and coffee shop were closed so we didn’t get to try those.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Food in Resturant I ordered was not great very difficult to chew for the price ( prime rib )

Throughout our stay the staff was wonderful and helpful, facility and room exceptionally clean, bed was bird nested in the middle but ok for 3 nights, never was able to get into the pool area due to key card malfunctioning we were not the only ones staying here with this issue, key card malfunction every single time we tried to get in our room. It's close to everything Prescott and Prescott Valley good thing because the bar and restaurant were either closed or closed hours earlier then posted. The coffee place also was a hit or miss on when they were open despite hours being posted. Spa never open if you want a resort this is not a place to go if you want a clean hotel and safe place to stay I would chose them.

We haven't stayed at Prescott Resort since last December (2025) and were hoping some improvements had been made. The rooms remain a bit worn with no noticeable upgrade other than the newer TV installation. Our room was clean and stocked. If staying Monday, no in-house food venues are available at the resort though there are some good choices within driving distance. The common areas also need a bit of a facelift. Generally only one elevator is functional which can cause delays for checkout. As always, the staff is delightful, helpful and as accommodating as they can be. Most often we stay to frequent the attached casino, otherwise we'd probably book closer to Whiskey Row.

I love that there is a casino on site!

Loved it. The other business on the property was a big plus to go along with the clean room itself.

Bed was comfy and the view was pretty. hotel lobby and dining area really nice, staff was great!!! the bathroom lighting is really bad, air conditioning wasn't working properly. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating to death and the room was at 78 when ac was set to 70 it would not turn on by itself.

It was a great day for a good price. Beautiful views. The carpet does need stretched in the rooms. We will likely return.
-
Very old and dirty carpet, very uncomfortable bed.
-
Everything. The drains clog, especially when taking a shower.
-
Spectacular location on a hilltop with spacious room overlooking scenery from the city view on the west to the rolling hills and greenery on the east. Upper floors have balconies, the grounds are beautiful and the resort is centrally located. It was peaceful, quiet, comfortable and a perfect getaway for us.
-
Rattling in the room that kept waking me up every hour. Shared with the front desk and they did nothing about it. Only outlet for charging was on the desk very tired rooms, needed updating. Rattle noise kept waking me up. Terrible experience in the main dining room

As a woman traveling with my teen daughter, I felt very comfortable at this hotel. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the parking lot felt safe. The resort is up on a hill, away from the main road. I could neither hear road sounds nor parking lot sounds. I actually switched to this hotel mid trip as my first motel was awful. The pool is the perfect temperature, and the hot tub was nice. I also liked the bath products they provided. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Prescott.

Also the hotel is under construction so be careful
