Clean the pool. Fix the ceiling!!

As a woman traveling with my teen daughter, I felt very comfortable at this hotel. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the parking lot felt safe. The resort is up on a hill, away from the main road. I could neither hear road sounds nor parking lot sounds. I actually switched to this hotel mid trip as my first motel was awful. The pool is the perfect temperature, and the hot tub was nice. I also liked the bath products they provided. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Prescott.

호텔 하우스키핑 정책이 마음에 안들었어요...3일을 숙박하였는데 매일매일 하우스키핑이 아니라 요구시 1번 해주고 젖은 타월은 문 밖으로 내어 놓으면 새 타월로 교체해 준다고 했지만 교체가 되지않아 프론트에 이야기해서 받아야하는 번거러움 또한 있었습니다.

I absolutely loved the place but one thing really bothered me. the outside smoking area was unkept. All of the ashtrays were completely full so people were throwing their cigarette butts on the ground (Shame on them!) This was the case from Thursday until Sunday.

Clean place. Just the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

We had zero warm or hot water for the shower! We took ice cold showers. We had to bathe our 2 year old in the bathroom sink because it was the only place that got somewhat warm water. When I mentioned this to staff I was “sorry for the inconvenience but it is an old building”. We stayed in a newly renovated room, regardless of being an older building there should still be temperature appropriate water to bathe in.

Amazing! Everything from checking in to checking out and in between was amazing. Room was very nice and clean. Front desk was very nice and helpful.

Logan at reception was outstanding. I asked her how long she was employed there and she was new. She has clearly been trained well and a fast study. Make sure to keep her. Overall, great stay. Will stay there again.
