Everything was in order. Very clean, great shower, perfect pillows, very good mattress. I’ll stay again for sure.

your staff was very polite and helpful. The drapes in my room were too short and it allowed the sun to illuminate my room and wake me too early. the towels were old and too thin like paper towels. Room was very clean. No courtesy water bottle in the room. The breakfast selections were very few, it needs to improve, like offer eggs for example. The entire facility was quite clean and orderly.

Excellent check in. Friendly staff. Quiet.

Clean quiet

While my room appeared clean, the overall property gave the impression of being run more like a long‑term stay hotel, and its appearance reflected that. With some improvements to cleanliness and how the property is maintained, the experience could be much better. I would recommend for only a night and no more than two.

When my husband and I arrived the room where we stayed had trash underneath the bed and the air-conditioning was not working correctly.

Close to Yavapai college and downtown Prescott

My only comply was that the pool looked a bit murky. Otherwise it was great. The two gals that we had working the front counter were very kind and accommodating. The location is great too. Breakfast was simple but enough. Kind of wish there were peanut butter packets to go on our waffles :)

I booked two nights here, I thought I had booked for Aug but apparently the reservation was for this past weekend. We travel a lot since my daughter plays competitive softball so we actually have several tournaments in Prescott in a two month span. So since I did not show for my reservation, I was a put down as a no-show. No call. They charged my account more than what’s the original reservation was supposed to be for, plus another $89 fee plus another charge for $189. They refused to refund any of the amount, I understand being charged the original $240 price for the booking but I’m not sure why I’m being charged the other two fees. I tried calling them, and I cannot get a straight answer, I also had hotels.com,Try to advocate to have the charges reversed but they refuse. I am very disappointed and my daughter softball team, and all other 12 players will no longer be booking any reservations at this hotel.

The room we booked was poorly cleaned. You can see where it was sprayed with a cleaning if solution but never got wiped down. The bathroom was not cleaned well. The bathtub drain was clogged, dirty water was coming up and out of the drain. This hotel looked well in pictures but is a little outdated. It also looks well maintained from the exterior.

The room was clean and for the most quiet. I was given complimentary water at check in which I very much appreciated. The only drawback was my room was directly across from the ice machine. There was a softball tournament in town and lots of guests were filling their coolers and drink containers with ice very early in the morning so it was a bit noisy.

Good

Hot breakfast was waffles only. WIFI was a pain. Had to log in constantly if you were not active for about 5 minutes or out of range coming back in range. Bath tub was slow to drain during shower.

Honestly no complaints. Prices were high but I think that was due to the fourth of July weekend. Overall, great stay and would come again. Clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked, pretty solid continental breakfast.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our king room was fairly spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the air conditioner never shut off and was a little noisy at night. We had a nice size fridge and microwave which we used both and very much appreciated having these in our room. The breakfast was just OK. The selection is limited to waffles, cold cereal, muffins, yogurt and a bowl of fruit. Would have been nice to have more hot foods to choose from.

Bed linen soiled. We got a different room after I reported the incident.
