Everything was great , except the drain on our sink leaked all over the floor … the first night on a two night stay. We reported it first thing in the morning hoping they would fix the drain while we were out . Instead they turned the water off on the sink and offered to move us to a different room on a whole different floor when we returned after a long day of events … We opted to stay in the room as it would be to much work to have to pack all of our things up and change rooms and just used the shower as a sink … Maybe they need better maintenance department. We did enjoy everything else .

This place is unsafe, dirty, and there isn’t an actual person onsite to manage it. Families beware! I am a woman who was traveling with my teen daughter. We arrived around 9:30pm, and there were 2 men hanging out in the parking lot, staring at us as I checked in. You check in at a kiosk with a person who is in a call center. There is no one onsite. Parking is limited, so we had to park on the opposite end of the building from our room. A couple more people came out to join the men. We went up the stairs at the opposite end from them, as we didn’t want to walk directly past them, but we still had to walk passed them from the second floor. It was pretty obvious the woman with them was a prostitute who was high out of her mind and they were all doing drugs. We went in the room and dead bolted the door. The AC unit looked like it had caught fire at some point and the controls were so worn there weren’t any numbers or labels left on it. One of the beds was directly up against it. It did come on but when it cycled off, it made horrible noises. You need it on, though, to block sound, as the walls are paper thin. When I pulled the sheets back, there were dark hairs in the sheets. We were exhausted and scared to go back outside. So, we decided to just stay the night and leave in the morning despite having a 2nd night pre-paid for. Both Expedia and the man staffing the kiosk said they tried to contact management about refunding our second night, but I’ve received no response.

The pool looks like a very fun place to be, so I tried to take my kids there. However, the staff had to close it because someone contaminated it, and it was needing cleaning. The staff was kind enough to give us a refund, as we didn't use the hotel or the pool that we came to swim in. The rooms look cute though. Not a place for a lot of people to sleep, but a comfortable stay for one or two in a room.

Nice location. Rooms are ok.
-
Having a bed to sleep in. Smudges on the bathroom window, some stains on the wall near the bathroom toilet.
-
Great location and price. Room was small, but clean. Helpful staff.
-
The rooms are supposed to be non smoking, our room smelled like someone smoked an entire pack. There is no actual physical person at the lobby, you speak to someone through a kiosk.
-
Room was clean No frills - had to ask for wash cloths, soap but no shampoo or Kleenex
-
The room was clean ,including the floors . The property was well maintained and quiet .
-
NOTHING AT ALL. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Access to upstairs was only one staircase and walkway seems very unsafe to walk on. Should all be shut down until fixed. Bedding was dirty. Rude employee.

What’s a good property, but motels are rundown The person in charge was not honest about the rooms and I told him the sheets were dirty and he kept telling me the maids are coming to change it. It never came so I had to go down to the office and get a different room.

How quick they were to fix our issues No elevator, no question when getting reservations for special needs which made it difficult to carry my luggage up the stairs. And had to let it go so I didn't fall.
-
Front desk person hardly spoke English so impossible to communicate, dead bugs under the bed, room was super dirty, bed was so hard, pool was closed, and someone was smoking pot all night so our room smelled horrible!

I have continued to have respitory issues since my first night. I offered to deep clean rooms for them in trade of room stay. I have OCD and also realize how important it is to breath. I would do a great job. Wearing a proper respirator. My voice is barely beginning to recover. I use my voice to sing and bring in funds. Am physically disabled and cannot work. I can sing though and my voice has some major recovering to do. Coughing all night from toxic air! Moving to another room didn't help much That manager is rude and takes his poor life out on ppl. Bad bad bad man. Health dept aught be notified.

Location Outside trash cans full and not emptied. Walkways dirty. Towels thin and dingy.
