The only thing I liked was the location. other than that it was a terrible place to stay for $148.00 a night. The room smelled of cigarettes. The bathtub was dirty looking. The a/c didn't work until you went down to office and they explained how to get it to work. There was a VERY dangerous gate open over by the picnic area. If a child would have fallen thru there they probably would have died. There was constrluction debris where there shouldn't have been any. I don't think the staff really cared about anything. It was more like they were put out that we were there and not with the construction crews that had the hotel taken over. I was very disappointed. Willl never stay there again.

Clean No amenities, lots of people outside talking late at night

Staff was amazing and kept room as clean as you can.

Good location close to downtown and relatively well priced for the area. The room had a lot of space and a good sized fridge. The room was pretty clean, no noticable stains or anything on the bedding or towels. Facility definitely could use some updating. One of the lamps didn't work (the one connected to the lightswitch and there were no sheer curtains on the window so it felt really dark keeping them closed. The toilet had a hard time flushing and made a lot of noise and the ventilation fan in the bathroom did not work. Although there are no smoking signs posted all over, there was no enforcement and people would stand outside our door at midnight smoking causing the smell to come straight into our room. (Not really the propertys fault, mainly mentioning it for their awareness).

You definitely get what you pay for, and in hindsight, I deeply regret not spending the extra $20 a night to stay elsewhere. The room left a lot to be desired. The AC unit was incredibly loud and made strange noises the entire time. To make matters worse, the TV volume was locked at 31; even sitting right next to it, it was impossible to hear over the roaring AC. The bathroom had its own set of issues: the showerhead was about 90% clogged, the layout was so cramped that the door actually hits you while you're sitting on the toilet, and there were massive, gaping holes above the baseboards surrounding the entire sink area. Parking was another nightmare. Returning at 9:00 PM on my first night, there wasn't a single open space left, forcing guests to improvise and park in non-designated spots. The only saving grace was the housekeeping staff, who did a wonderful job. Otherwise, it was a highly disappointing experience.

A Great Basic option for Lodging.

Front desk was very nice. Too small to park, room was very dirty. Room had blood or sauce all over the ceiling, black skid marks on walls. Had an ugly smell in the room. Mirrors were very dirty, bath tub was losing its texture.

Mediocre as axpected.

Nothing cops were banging on neighbors door at 7 AM I think there was POOP on my clean towel

The kicker was the unflushed toilet. A cheap motel shouldn’t have nice amenities. But it SHOULD be clean!

Just loved the great vibe and comfortability of the room.. I definitely will be returning every time I come to visit.
