Randy was great when we checked in. Very helpful and signed us up for IHG rewards because we travel often. Great location, comfy beds and loved the Air Conditioner temperature:)

There is a bar really close by that CRANKS their music until 1am. The office thankfully gave us earplugs because sleeping otherwise was impossible. Super clean, spacious rooms. Updated and nice. Would totally do this again, but will hope for a room not facing that bar.

Clean and quiet and well run. Front desk staff (Randy?) was super helpful. Only issue was floor polishing (super noisy) during the breakfast period. What?

My wife and I really liked this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was good as well. We especially enjoyed the “quiet hours” policy minimizing noise. We slept great and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The front staff were super nice and the rooms were very clean. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel, it was great.

We arrived pretty late. I forgot to put the do not disturb on the door. At around 8 am housekeeping was pounding on and opening doors. I heard a guy asking for a late checkout and the front desk told him they couldn’t accommodate. It was a Sunday. Do you really have a full house on a Sunday night coming in. There is no need to bang on doors first thing in the morning. Check who has checked out and clean those rooms otherwise wait until 11. Also noticed all the staff taking a break promptly at 10 when breakfast ended. This hotel needs to chill and realize who the customer is. Bottom line put the do not disturb on but just know they will be banging on all the doors so you will hear it.
