Holiday Inn Express & Suites Price by IHG

My wife and I really liked this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was good as well. We especially enjoyed the “quiet hours” policy minimizing noise. We slept great and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very nice stay, this was our 4th night out on the. Road

We arrived pretty late. I forgot to put the do not disturb on the door. At around 8 am housekeeping was pounding on and opening doors. I heard a guy asking for a late checkout and the front desk told him they couldn’t accommodate. It was a Sunday. Do you really have a full house on a Sunday night coming in. There is no need to bang on doors first thing in the morning. Check who has checked out and clean those rooms otherwise wait until 11. Also noticed all the staff taking a break promptly at 10 when breakfast ended. This hotel needs to chill and realize who the customer is. Bottom line put the do not disturb on but just know they will be banging on all the doors so you will hear it.

the pool and hot Tub were nice but too much chlorine for my taste.

Very clean, looks brand new, mattress and bedding were top notch. Quiet, and a very large room! Even the shower pressure was a great start to the morning

No hot water for our showers.

Our room was beautiful, clean and a quiet property. The staff working the buffet breakfast was amazing and we had the best choice of food from all the hotels we stayed at on our trip. We had great pillows and the AC worked amazing and the room was modern and fresh.

Rooms were clean which I love.

Booked a King Room for our anniversary road trip and upon arriving at the hotel, they had no more King Rooms available. They did nothing at the hotel to help with the mix up. Just said no more are available. The sheets on one bed had a big brown mark on it and we ended up not sleeping in it. The pool and hot tub were very chlorinated. The hallways had garbage scattered by the elevator and some outside of rooms. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable with fantastic staff. 10/10 in all aspects!

Our room was fine, and we appreciated that there was a microwave in the room as well as a mini fridge because we were able to eat in our room while our car charged. The Tesla supercharger on the property was a big bonus and the reason we booked this hotel. The staff let us put our cooler freezer pack in their freezer, and that was so convenient. The breakfast was good (with eggs, bacon, biscuits, etc), and the coffer was freshly ground in a machine and tasted pretty good! Our only minus was that. in order to sleep with an open window, which we prefer, we had to raise our black-our blind, and the lights were really bright, shining into the room. Windows opening from the bottom up would have made this better. But we definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was extremely clean and well kept, the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.
