The property was clean and quiet but old but did not serve the breakfast we were expecting.

No plastic disposable glasses on sink. Walls are paper-thin. The people taking shower upstairs sounded like they were in my room. Smelly, bedwas a brick. So noisy, my dog couldn't sleep. I guess its to be expected in Price.

The beds were like sleeping on plywood covered cement. The tub/shower creaked so bad you felt like you were going to fall through to the floor below. Breakfast was a joke. Maybe a few packaged breakfast sandwiches to warm up. Disappointed.

The bedroom window lock was broken. A piece of screen frame was used to prevent the window from opening. Since they put something in place indicates management is aware of the issue. Since the room is on the first floor, the room should be put out of service.

I left before breakfast, but the 24hr coffee in the lobby was great for my 4:30am start! The bed was so comfortable, but the TV was small. Loved the deep tub.

We had a softball tournament over the weekend and the room was very spacious. They dont have a pool but I was really excited about hearing we could the pool at the sure stay! Although we didnt get to it unfortunately. I'd stay there again!

The building was a little sketchy pulling up, but the check-in clerk was so friendly and helpful, it put my worries to ease. Felt safe and comfortable in the room. No noticeable odd (or unexpected) smells. Room was clean. Would suggest for other travelers.

Everything is a solid B as most highway motels are, But the staff are genuine and gracious. It takes this place to an A. It will be our choice next time passing thru.

Desk staff were very helpful and accommodating during check-in. We required a room switch, and they took care of that ASAP. This is a good option for a quick, inexpensive one-night stay while traveling through Price, UT. Don't expect luxury, but if you are looking for a cost-effective night's sleep, dinner options within walking distance, and a grab-and-go breakfast, this will do.
