SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Price

Nice room; reasonable price. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows…two together were just right. My room had a wall thermostat but the other party I was traveling with had to adjust it on the A/C unit and it was loud. Mine was very quiet. All rooms should have a wall thermostat. The towels weren’t very good. Complimentary breakfast was good. Hallways were pretty dark and dismal. All in all a good place to stay.

Our room was very old and smelt like an old smoky Casino it was pretty smelly :( our friends had the room next to us with blood on the wall a hole in the room and a rusty old toilet! Supposedly the rooms above us were newer and nicer. That’s another thing you can hear EVERYTHING above you so good luck getting sleep if you’re not on the top floor

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit tired looking, and the air conditioning didn’t work very well, but was fine for one night.

My main issue is that while the décor has been updated, the amenities have not. The bathtub in my room was very old, and the drain stopper did not work, making it impossible to hold more than a couple of inches of water. I contacted the front desk, and they said maintenance would come by and move me to another room if needed. Unfortunately, after returning from dinner, the issue was still not resolved. The next morning, I had to use a garbage bag to block the drain so I could take a bath. While the staff was friendly, the outdated bathroom fixtures were disappointing. If you plan to use the bathtub, consider bringing your own drain stopper.

OUR LASY EVENING AND MORNING WE HAD NO HOT WATER AND COULD ONLY TAKE VERT FAST COLD SHOWERS

Quiet room. Clean ans safe. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast choices. Water was barely lukewarm in shower. Towel rod almost falling off the wall mount at sink. No plastic cups. You have to request a coffee maker for your room. Staffing their friends were smoking on the outside patio at Toby's Bar & Grill which is part of the hotel.

Rude I really could say a lot but I’m so mad right now . I checked in at 5 pm had no power until 9-10 pm couldn’t shower couldn’t do anything couldn’t get in my room . Couldn’t couldn’t sleep had to be to work at 430 am tv didn’t work even though the power was on be the cable box wouldnt reprogram. Was a nightmare

The bathroom sink and the tub drain drained very slowly. The shower was not getting to medium hot. The room door lock had to be manually turned to the lock position when leaving the room. The bar was out of Coors Light and tonic water.... staples for a bar. The restaurant was out of orange juice and the biscuits were not served hot. The premises was clean and the bed was comfortable. Due to a wide spread power outage we were not allowed access to the pool, the ice machine, the bar, and the restaurant.
