Breakfast was very good

OUR LASY EVENING AND MORNING WE HAD NO HOT WATER AND COULD ONLY TAKE VERT FAST COLD SHOWERS

Rude I really could say a lot but I’m so mad right now . I checked in at 5 pm had no power until 9-10 pm couldn’t shower couldn’t do anything couldn’t get in my room . Couldn’t couldn’t sleep had to be to work at 430 am tv didn’t work even though the power was on be the cable box wouldnt reprogram. Was a nightmare

The bathroom sink and the tub drain drained very slowly. The shower was not getting to medium hot. The room door lock had to be manually turned to the lock position when leaving the room. The bar was out of Coors Light and tonic water.... staples for a bar. The restaurant was out of orange juice and the biscuits were not served hot. The premises was clean and the bed was comfortable. Due to a wide spread power outage we were not allowed access to the pool, the ice machine, the bar, and the restaurant.

Not clean though. Pee on the front of the toilet and floor. Hair stuck in the conditioner dispenser. I did not take off my shoes... they were sticking to the floor tile floor. Carpet at threshold was coming up, trip hazard! Restaurant service was not good- took 30 minutes to get our drinks (beer/wine). Apparently only one server is old enough to serve drinks although we were observing a woman, presumably from the bar, wandering through the restaurant with cocktails asking each table if it was theirs...we should have claimed them!

Breakfast is good. There are two restaurants at the hotel that you can eat at as well. They have an indoor pool, a workout room, and a laundry room for the guests. They accept pets.

There was human hair covering the bathroom floor at check in. Sandals were needed in the shower and bathroom. The air conditioner sounded like a rock tumbler. The lock to the exterior door was broken and the door remained unlocked all night. It was LOUD at night. The “dog park” was nothing more than a 4x6 square with astroturf door mats and a comically tiny fire hydrant. But why? And all for a mere $200 a night!

Stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the street instead. The bar/lounge sported a bouncer, sign said “No guns or knives”. Didn’t feel safe. Party place. Pillows clumpy. Staff friendly. Don’t like the smell at Best Westerns. They’re ok in a bind. They need to their game for me to stay with them more.

The key cards didn't work well. The doors didn't shut all the way unless you pulled hard on them. They put me into a group text with the other guests asking if we had seen their luggage cart. At 10:45pm they sent another text message saying there would be a power outage during the night and I had equipment that needed to charge during the night.

Only complaint is the breakfast. Just not a fan of powder eggs

My room was clean, Dinner and breakfast was great and great service. Front desk lady was awesome!

Outdated and room was not worth near what we paid. Shower handle was quirky and leaked.

Breakfast adequate. Dinner at restaurant not good. Room had noisy a/c and toilet that took 30 seconds to flush. Overall OK.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good breakfast and a good price.

The staff was great. I wish I remembered the name of the lady that checked us in. She was amazing and helped correct a problem through booking.com. The sweet older lady in the morning when we ate was very polite, friendly and gave just the right amount of attention. No body wash in shower.

Clean rooms. Great breakfast N/A

Quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast was a special bonus.
