The room was exceptionally clean. I loved that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, along with plenty of towels and toiletries provided! We only stayed the one night and breakfast was great. The made to order waffles were delicious! Loved that they had a hot water kettle and the green tea was excellent! Nice variety of other foods as well. The fridge took a bit to get to a cold fridge temperature. We also had to leave the AC unit on all night to stay comfortable, which got to be a bit noisy but became white noise.

Love the atmosphere! It is an older hotel but not a run down feeling like some. There are baskets of flowers outside and aesthetic wood furniture in the rooms. The location is convenient with a Walmart only 5 minutes away. This hotel has a lovely dining room and lovely decor in the lobby and in the rooms. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. A lovely place to hang out after hiking in Arches. Staff is friendly. I can not say how much I love this hotel! Nothing!

I love supporting small businesses whenever we can. This room was a great value! We traveled with two grandkids. This Motel had friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms and great waffles! Room was a little bit small.

Exceptionally clean. Very nice for an older facility and a good breakfast. I liked being able to park right outside my rooms door. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others if passing through.

The last minute discount rate and the super friendly mom and daughter managers made this an excellent value. The breakfast was a definite step above: waffles made fresh, and eggs from a local farmer. Wonderful. Nothing!

Super nice old style motel but well kept up, rooms appeared to be renovated and up to date with very comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here anytime. The owner will make your waffles in the morning!
