The Greenwell Inn

This property was amazing for the price. For being a motel it was easy to access and park. The walk to the pool was easy. The pool and hot tub were clean and beautiful. The rooms are not fancy but again a great place for the price. Only drawback….No beverages of any kind (even water) allowed in the pool area strictly enforced.

This is not a hotel. It is a motel. The rooms are not in the main building.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the pillows were flat and yellowed. Work out equipment was nice but tv wouldn’t work. The motel is outdated but still nice. I would stay again.

The room is about on the same level as motel 6. The room looks clean but the bath tub hadn't been cleaned and while in bed my girlfriend had a bug crawling on her. Granted it was only one but how many is too many? We had just come from the pool. So doubtful it was in her from outside. The bed itself was one of the worst beds I've stayed in it was hard and lumpy. We both woke up with back aches. On top of the middle of the night bug visitor, it's safe to say we will never stay there again. She would not let me complain to the staff. Or switch rooms so I can't say how they would have handled it. But that is my experience. Also you could hear every step they took above you. I even heard them sneeze in the morning.

Our stay in Provo was lovely especially at the Greenwell Inn. It was quaint, Our swim in the pool was refreshing! Thanks to the staff for taking good care of this iconic place. Well worth a stay!

They’re making an effort to keep it clean but it’s pretty out dated and showing a lot of wear. Booked it because of the indoor pool and hot tub, which we basically couldn’t use because there appeared to be a kid’s birthday party being held there. The kids were running around, screaming, eating at the edge of the pool, doing canon balls into the HOT TUB which looked filthy anyway. All while the desk clerk just watched it happen. Big letdown. There was a hair that wasn’t ours in the bed and the pillows were the worst ever. Bed was ok. Some pretty nefarious-looking people hanging out for hours in the parking lot, which made me feel pretty unsafe considering it’s a motel with no deadbolts. If they put some money into the place and enforced the pool rules it might be ok.

The pool is 24/7 and very nice indoor with clean hot tub. Beds were soft!

Pillows and mattress were awful. Room was clean but really outdated. Would not stay there again.

Location, staff, and parking were very accommodating. They had updated the rooms, but maybe should so a little bit more.
