The Greenwell Inn

We arrived at 1:15 to see if we could check in early. The parking lot looked empty, but they were very adamite about check in at 2:00.

When we first checked into the room, we noticed a smell coming from the bathroom.. I dont know if it was the sewage or if someone had used it right before we checked it, but we sprayed some air freshener and flushed and was good the rest of the time. The bathroom down by the pool however was not maintained, it smelled awful onto of the shower being deing dirty and having no water pressure. The countertop had a standing pile of old soap build up from under the dispenser. But even with the bathroom issues the beds were comfy and clean and this place was huge and pretty cool it had a restaurant with it.

It looked like a great hotel, but when we got the room, they sent us to the back to a motel strip behind the building which was a little less than desirable. Old small toilets, but the room was a good size.

Yes it is an older building so don’t let looks be deceiving!! Everything was perfect! Thank you for a great stay!!

Nice clean hotel, with friendly staff. The only complaint I have is that the hot tub was too hot.

It’s an older style hotel but very clean and has everything you need. Dominos right across the street and Tangerine Green cafe on the property. There is no free breakfast but a coupon for 15% off at the cafe. Did require a $115.00 deposit at check in but was refunded next day

Ronnie checked me in at the front desk. She was very professional, helpful and friendly . I stay at this hotel often and my experience has stayed consistently pleasant.

Poor quality carpet in lobby weird smell. Beds hard and leftover coffee in coffee pot.

Room was clean and quiet. Easy and plenty of parking.

This is a return visit and will come back again.

Pool and hot tub were the highlights. Bathroom floor made the bath mat so dirty from lack of mopping. Old fixtures in the room. Beds were nice. Get what you pay for and this place is definitely more budget friendly. Nothing “too” concerning.

Do not stay here! Upon checking in there were three complaints ahead of me including giving a room that was already rented. Two young men walked in on a woman showering. They nickel and dime for everything, come up with crazy policies on the fly. “Rules” posted everywhere. Rented a double queen room….was made to sign that there would never be more than one person in this room. They cancelled 1/2 of the rooms I paid for (in a housing block) without notifying me and then tried to collect a no show fee…these guys lack basic decency there is zero service. When I brought this to the attention of the manager she told us she would call the police… for why? Calmly explaining that they are screwing us over? You really should think twice. Thank goodness Expedia was available to help us out. These guys even said you should have never booked “third party” Expedia is the only brand I trust not these no name people with a terrible front desk manager.
