Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Midtown

Upon entry we were greeted by the kind staff member at the front. We did check in early and there was a small expected fee. We immediately went down to the pool after unpacking and there were provided towels for use. They were replenished immediately. Beds and room were very comfortable, spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best ! Close to shopping centers, walking distance. Parking was plenty ! Will definitely be returning to this hotel if we’re back in the area!

Great location, good hotel

Comfortable Fire alarm went off (apparently by accident) at 6:45 AM

We stayed for one night, the morning we were leaving we were having breakfast, which was excellent however, the fire alarm started going off Which was obviously a false alarm but they never mentioned that to anyone. Some people ran outside and others just continued on hoping for a false alarm. I would go back if the bathroom door situation was different.

Nice place to stay near lots of shopping.

I loved how big and clean the rooms were and the staff were really friendly.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic, convenient location. The staff was lovely as well. The only downside was the room's poor soundproofing; unfortunately, I was kept awake at night by screaming children in the neighboring room. Great stay overall, will stay again.

Great breakfast Great staff, especially Lorraine

I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, but unfortunately nothing meaningful was done to address the situation during the remainder of my stay. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I expected the concern to be taken more seriously and resolved promptly. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and this experience fell well below that standard. Given the condition of the room and the lack of response after reporting the issue, I believe some form of refund or reimbursement would be appropriate. I hope management reviews this feedback and takes steps to improve housekeeping standards for future guests.

I had a great stay here and particularly enjoyed the gym and breakfast. My only complaint is that the shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty.

The variety change day by day. Wished they had grits as well as oatmeal but otherwise, breakfast was tasty. N/A

we loved our stay at your hotel

This was a fantastic location, very clean, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast. My room was by the elevator, but it was very quiet / no issues with noise. I did get a chance to use the small gym; it was clean and stocked with the basics. The location is perfect if you want to access North Hills, Downtown, and Durham within 20m. I will be traveling to Raleigh for business a few more times this year, and as far as I'm concerned, this will be my "home base" every time.

The staff was wonderful and the pool and outdoor sitting area was delightful. The fire pit was a lovely touch to the evening!

A nice facility worth the money charged.
