I liked the hotel. It was very clean and close to the venue that we where going to. House keeping was very nice and helpful. The only thing I would say was we weren't told that you had to use your key card to get inside the hotel late at night. We didnt get back until 11:20pm and the lobby doors was locked, it would have been nice to know that they locked the doors at a certain time. Other than that it was a good stay.

The hotel was very clean including the room. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming. Even though we had the do not disturb sign on our door housekeeping still knocked, twice within an hour.

Location to restaurants and hospital. Breakfast was not my favorite but families were enjoying the selections. Kids loved the waffles. I would have liked scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage patties.

Nice place. Nice people. Very clean. The area is nice and peaceful. This hotel is super close to the The Ritz which is a plus. It’s not even 2 minutes up the street. The only thing was there was nothing in the shower to prevent falls, no shower rug. I almost slipped in the shower and my guest almost slipped as well.
