the front desk staff could have been more pleasant and helpful. The room was dark and one of the bedside light bulbs was out.

We only stayed a night for a wedding, but loved the hotel. We will come back for a vacation soon. Great location- just far enough away form downtown to be away from the traffic, but close enough for a cheap Uber if drinking. The bar and restaurant were nice. The room was clean and spacious.

Easy parking, but it's extra. Clean place but definitely showing its age

This was a great hotel with friendly front desk staff and a really nice central lobby area. The rooms were good and the hotel restaurant was nice as well. Housekeeping was a bit hit or miss, but overall I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Great breakfast! Clean and new facilities. The location was near the downtown with a 10 minute walk. Staff was fantastic and friendly.

There were things that were torn up during the stay, like the digital key card to the gym, one of the hot tubs and the elevator. I never participated in breakfast,as I thought it was too much. I

Great stay, we ate dinner at the hotel, a bit pricey but good food.

We did decide to stay and eat there and the bartender was also incredibly rude when we tried asking if there was a wait to get a table. She raised her eyebrows and pointed to a couple of tables in the bar area and made a snarky comment about seeing some tables open. Our waiter was somewhat better but the staff here really set our enjoyable evening off to a terrible start.

These charges are taken off your card immediately, but when you ask when you get the remainder of your deposit back, they respond 3-5 days, and when you complain about it, they blame it on your credit card company. DO NOT STAY HERE GUYS, the only thing good about this place was the Golden Bison, great service & friendly staff.

Great Staff and Clean property.

This is a concert venue stay so would really like to see full length mirrors in the rooms. Spending $200+ to stay one night I should know how I look head to toe before leaving the room!!
