These charges are taken off your card immediately, but when you ask when you get the remainder of your deposit back, they respond 3-5 days, and when you complain about it, they blame it on your credit card company. DO NOT STAY HERE GUYS, the only thing good about this place was the Golden Bison, great service & friendly staff.

Nothing to special to write about. TV remote was missing but was able to get a new one in 5 minutes after calling front desk

The water bottles that were provided were priced at $5…what if the water was provided for free..this would have been a much more positive experience rather than being annoyed at the cost of $5, which we did not choose to purchase

The staff are always kind here no matter the time we check in. The parking is easy to get close with plenty of spots. Rooms are great and always impressive when arriving

The front desk clerk that checked us in needs customer service and hospitality training. The pillows go flat quickly; glad I had a travel pillow with me. The hotel was clean and most of the staff was nice.

The onsite restaurant provided a reasonably priced breakfast buffet everyday alongside regular menu items. The lounge served great food with healthy options for those of us with discerning palates. Our room was comfortable and in the perfect location for the festival we attended...across the parking lot from a beautiful park. Great stay.

We had to ask for plastic cups

The staff was very helpful. Everything was very clean. The sink was clogged on arrival and maintenance was unable to fix it so we were promptly moved to another room. Pleased with our stay.

The bed and pillows at the double tree were excellent and I had the best sleep of my trip during the stay in this hotel. All Hiltons should follow the standard of bed and pillow quality that is at this hotel! The bathroom was nice but the water pressure was a bit low. It was also a little bit cramped with the layout but I would not trade the extra room we had in the sleeping area for a bigger bathroom. It simply got the job done and that is all that really mattered to me in the end. The TV and full access to the HBO streaming was very nice. Definitely one of better TV setups in my hotel stays on this recent trip. There was not any action at the convention center when we stayed so I do not know if it was a lower occupancy rate or if everyone was very considerate as I did not hear a peep outside my room during my entire stay. Very peaceful stay.

Replacing light bulbs. Fixing missing trim. Corners in the elevator were gross but the rest was cleaned. Was very happy the suna was nice. Cookies are nice. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The disadvantage are: breakfast is not included and there is parking fee.

I am not sure why, but the rooms reek of cigarettes, even when I asked to change (there were seem to be cigarette burn marks in the carpet) the next room on a different floor smelled the same, with an added mildew smell in the bathroom. Curtains had stains on them and hair was in the shower curtain before we used, and no soap… Front desk was very sweet.

Some of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel. really enjoyed my night's stay.

It was a great property and so nice it was close to the Monument where we had a concert.

We arrived late and they sent their shuttle to pick us up at the airport. They have nice, warm cookies for guests. Nothing near the hotel except the convention center so they make the shuttle available to get to town/ rental car pick up point. Hotel very empty. Staff friendly. Nice, comfortable room and very good price/value.

Size of room was nice. Liked the location of hotel next to the Monument, site of concert I was attending.
