The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I really liked the cultural speaker that they had brought in. It gave great context to the Black Hills. Nothing that I can think of.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The laundry on site was handy and the staff were super helpful as well. The gym is in the basement so we didn’t end up using that and the hot tub jets didn’t work.

Really enjoyed the happy hour/educational presentation by the Lakota nation professor. Room was excellent as was the breakfast.

All was well! Staff was very nice and helpful, we even got to watch a presentation from Adrian who teaches about the area! Very informative!

.location Room was horrible dirty. The bed was full of other people's hair. When went to the front desk he moved me and my family to a different room. We had the same issues in this room, very dirty and a bunch of hair in the beds. When I asked if we could just get new bedding (we had no where else to go at this point) he said sure I will get it and you can make the beds yourselves
