Good location

The rooms were very clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good and staff kept everything full. Great location ! The staff were amazing. Gave great recommendations for restaurants. Definitely loved the 7–8 pm social hour they had drinks, popcorn and a speaker each night.

Swimming pool. Nice location. Staff was nice. We were in a room on the backside of the hotel with our 2 kids. People were smoking weed outside and we could smell it indoors. It was sturgis week and there were also always motorcycles near the outside door. All the noise would wake us up some days. Breaktfast was ok. We needed to ask the breakfast staff several times to refil the buffet. They were too busy with their phones in the storeroom,

Size of room, location Rotate breakfast food. Some of the sausage was hard which means bring reused and old.

Location and clean Nothing

When checked into our suite with king bed, dresser had been removed so no drawers to hold our clothing. Moved us to smaller room with king bed but no hot tub, table or sitting area. Hotel said they would discount the room, we were staying 3 nights and I asked about 4th night free. Initially said yes but backed out and only offered 10% off, should have been at least 20-30% due to significantly difference in room. Hot breakfast was cold.

Comments are censored. Will not stay at this hotel or use Hotels.com again. This is not right.

The property was located well, clean and comfortable. The shower head was older and should have been replaced. The breakfast was ok but not great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While we did not attend an event at the Monument, this would be a great location for that. Shower head and the powdery eggs.

I really appreciated the interactions i had with the staff here. They were very kind and extremely helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area and improved my experience. The hot tub was great the breakfast was plentiful an contained a nice variety of options. The beds were clean there was always a fresh supply of towels for me each day. I will be back... in a good way.

Room was clean and okay. Workout room was small (there were 3 people in there and climbing over each other), hot, don't think there was AC in there. Also disinfectant wipes were empty and equipment out of order. Equipment looked extremely old. ICC machine out of order. Water in workout room tasted unfiltered.

Elevation was definitely elevated! We enjoyed our time there . Our front desk person Recommended food and gave us coupons to use . Our bed was very uncomfortable Highly recommend this establishment.

Free popcorn, wine and beer night with a local Native American came and told of the Lakota Nation culture. Very interesting. They dont even do that on the Reservation. Highly recommend Need to serve breakfast later, extend it another hour during peak tourist season

Bed was comfortable Location was misleading

clean, friendly front desk, breakfast was good- although would have liked hard boiled eggs to be added. liked that they left the breakfast space open all day so that you could have tea, coffee, whenever you wanted, spacious lobby, nice pool and hot tub. it was good that they had a shower and bathroom by the pool area. did not like that the laundry machines needed quarters and the dollar machine only accepted 1 dollar bills to change into quarters. no hard boiled eggs at breakfast.

Loved the hotel. Parking was easy. Location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect and hot tubs were great. Evening reception was amazing. Highly recommend and will stay again
