We enjoyed the evening reception, a unique experience with interactive hostess. All of the staff were informative and we were greeted promptly and professionally.

Warm reception area, large room for the stay and for the breakfast area. Close to downtown and ample parking. The pillows were really bad. We had a stiff neck the next morning. The eggs at breakfast were probably the worst eggs we’ve ever had at a hotel.

Had a free room upgrade and room was great. Room was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast room was a bit crowded and a little bit of a walk to downtown.

Everything was great! The "happy Hour" was really nice way to meet other travelers. Facility very nice.

Nice and comfortable. Great bed and best night sleep of trip. Hot tub jet spas not working and flooring near pool very rough on feet.

It is close to rapid City downtown. There was easy access to the airport.

We only spent one night here, but it was in a great location. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a nice gift shop where I bought a Black Hill t-shirt. The breakfast was good. They had a happy hour with complimentary beer and wine which was nice. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Rapid City. The elevator went out during our stay, but we were on the second floor and could access the parking lot in the back without using the stairs.

The elevators were all out of order making leaving with luggage difficult. Liked the towels. They towels were very fluffy.

Location was great for walking distance to the monument. Free drinks and popcorn during happy hour. Great variety for breakfast. Large pool. Could not locate jets for hot tubs

Functional and comfortable,although a bit dated. Comfortable bed,plenty of space in bedroom.Clean,good breakfast,friendly and helpful staff.Easy parking at no additional cost. Competitive price,happy to recommend Lift no.2 needs fixing but no big deal

The breakfast buffet each morning was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t figure out the jets on the hot tub but it was relaxing after a long drive, nonetheless.

Room was clean and spacious. However, the elevator was broken, so lugging around the bags was a bit of a work out. You need to pay for water. Breakfast was serviceable.
