Location was great

Good area

Won’t stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and check in was a breeze. We were there for a RC Rush game so the location was why we initially chose that hotel, but I’m so glad we did! The hotel/room were very clean and stylish. The entire stay was great and they will definitely be my new go to when trying in Rapid City! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Even when they changed us the room I could hear a loud noise (either from a party or from a bar) and the traffic noise! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

Location was great.

The room was nice but extremely underlit. There’s no overhead light in the main room and the only lamps were these weird modern desk and pole lamps that took me forever to find the switch to turn it on. Could’ve def used more lighting.

The hotel feels worn out. There are some updates, but more are needed. The windows were dirty. The air conditioning was crazy loud.

We had a bad experience at the restaurant. Our server was rude and served all surrounding tables while we kept waiting for our orders. When we asked what the issue was he responded that he was waiting for our bread service to be defrosted! Charging $10.00 to serve frozen bread??? Ridiculous. We left without eating anything. Shame on you.

Restaurant had good food and service for breakfast.

Great location right downtown.
-
Nice location for everything
-
Very clean & well maintained. The rooms are a unique set up with a little bit of an outdated bathroom but the cleanliness makes up for it. It’s also SO close and convenient to the downtown area. It’s only a two block walk to everything.
-
Just a really nice downtown hotel Very clean AC worked, staff were lovely, a welcome retreat after a very long hot day
-
No stirrers for coffee, no chargers on the night stands.

The best thing this place has going for it is the location, the restaurant, the bartender Dylan and the front desk worker Lucille. Dirty lobby when we first arrived, asked for water, pointed at an old red bull cooer and said $1. Room was outdated, extremely dirty, white linens were covered in dog hair, bathroom smelled extremely moldy and floor was not vacuumed. Could not accommodate moving me to a new room. So I requested new linens be put on beds and deep clean performed. The request was put into with a counter person, manager and cleaning person in the morning by 8am and still did not get accomplished by that night at 11pm when we returned from a long day of sightseeing. So, then I had to wait, while they changed the linens because I was not sleeping on dog hair infested beds again. There was more to the story, but I am getting tired of typing. No attempts by management were made to make things right except one assistant gave me 1 drink ticket and a breakfast coupon which we couldn't use because we were leaving early the next day, we stayed a full week. Supposedly one manager, maybe named Lindsy, was out of town, then there was a Tom who was supposed to contact me and make things right, but I never heard from him, just poorly managed and dirty. It is in a good location with easy access to main towns and sights in area. The breakfasts were good each morning we had them and the bar had good food and drinks with a great bartender named Dylan.

Downtown was convenient, but unfortunately the traffic noise was really bad until after midnight.

No swimming pool

The hotel and staff were great. Thr cover blanket was stained on one of our beds. We called down and they promptly changed it for us. The coffee was great! The beds were a little dated and peeling but overall the rooms were clean and well maintained. We were there on thr 4th of July and the fireworks were right outside our windows. It was beautiful

Great place for downtown.
