Room was nice and updated, very clean and comfortable beds. The AC was nice and cold. Pool was open which was great, had to have them refill the towels but no complaints there. Breakfast is not included so we did not partake but that was fine as we wanted to get on the road. Lots of restaurants nearby for dinner breakfast and lunch.

I recently stayed at the Sonesta Select Dallas Richardson, and what truly made my experience stand out was the incredible staff. From the moment I checked in, every team member I encountered was warm, polite, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was a quick request at the front desk or a friendly greeting in the hallway, their attentive and accommodating service made a huge difference. It is rare to find a hotel where the entire team is this dedicated to guest satisfaction!Beyond the stellar service, the hotel itself was fantastic—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, entirely thanks to the wonderful hospitality. I will definitely be back!

Great value! Highly recommend. The room was super clean, the team was incredibly welcoming, and the location is perfect. Breakfast was not included in the room price, and the room layout was awkward with the bed not facing the television (at least in the room I was staying at).
