Beautiful hotel-decor, smelled nice, looked fresh. I loved the ice water, coffee, and hot tea bar 24/7. The evening reception is only on Wednesdays--it would be nice to have it every evening. Breakfast was good with many options. The rooms have ceiling fans--game changer, so nice! Easy to get off and on the interstate-mall and food locations are close by. We had to ask for extra blankets/pillows for the pull-out bed, but the receptionist brought them right out.

Reservation system was down for hours & no plan B; couldn't check in.

Neither the common areas of the room felt well maintained. Horribly understaffed: everything took forever at the front desk, no matter how big or small the request. We were right next to the highway and it was very very noisy. Good breakfast, but that’s about it.

Horrible

While we were there, we noticed other parties having this issue as well.

Great stay

However, my shower drain was clogged and after taking a quick shower it was nearly overflowing. When I shook the drain black hairs and dirt started to come up. Also, in the morning, the lights in the bathroom and the vestibule (where the sink is located) were flickering.

I really enjoyed my stay. I didn’t experience any issues. I had a smooth check in and out.
-
Very loud traffic noise from the highway and the entire hotel smelled like mildew. Absolutely disgusting.
-
Thin walls between rooms.

The gym was new and clean. The front desk was always busy you had to wait for at least 15 minutes for a simple request. They don’t pick up your calls either. Nobody came to clean our room during our entire 8 nights of stay!! We prepared tips and nobody came to clean!! We had to ask the front desk for clean towels and toilet papers (and had to go downstairs to collect them by ourselves). The breakfast was always short when it was busy hours… the milk was always out and they don’t bring refills…… Do not recommend.

I appreciated options for a high protein, low carb breakfast. I’m sure they rotate the options, but we had hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, chicken carnitas (complete with all the toppings), sausage, and all the higher carb options that are standard at breakfast buffets. The layout of our suite was fantastic for six people. The carpets needed cleaning throughout, and overall updating and maintenance was lacking, especially in our room. The bright fluorescent colored light bulbs throughout the suite was overkill—would be better with normal, soft lights. Traffic noise on the highway side is very loud—sound machines didn’t completely drown it out.

We arrived at 3:45 for a 3:00 check in and had to wait until 4:45 (which took away an hour of time that took away from my grandchildren’s time at the City Museum) to get our room because there weren’t clean rooms. Our room had a big puddle of water from the window to the bed. There was no bedding in the room for the pull out couch. When I went down to get some, I was told they didn’t have any blankets. The soap in the shower was also completely empty. Also when we got back to hotel late, there was no parking in the parking lot. It was an extremely disappointing stay especially since this is a Hilton property

Very good

We had to go to 3 different rooms to find one that did not have a terrible smell when we checked in. Then they had a sign at breakfast about offering alternatives for food allergies but it took 3 days for them to get gluten free bread. Then the streaming service went out for the whole hotel, then the internet went out for the whole hotel, (this was all out for days) then one day we needed new towels and toilet paper but apparently you can’t get service except on certain days so you are kinda stuck. It definitely is overpriced for what you get for the service.

Very clean room and building. Full workout circuit in fitness room! Front desk manager was super friendly even though he was the only one working and very busy. Nice overnight stay as we travelled through St. Louis.
