The sheets on the bed appeared to have not been new sheets. They were basically wadded up. We were surprise on how poorly the bed was made.

The only complaint I have is the pillows. The pillows are the worst I ever slept on. There was no support, so I could barely get any sleep due to neck pain. The mattress wasn’t the best either, but I could’ve worked around it. Please get better pillows! I didn’t expect the best but you couldn’t support a Barbie’s head on them pillows.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Drury Inn & Suites. The staff was exceptional, especially, Ebony. She was friendly & courteous, a joy to have a conversation with made me feel like family. Breakfast was outstanding not your average other hotel quickie type breakfast. On top of all that the kickbacks was absolutely wonderful. It was basically dinner every evening between 530 and 7:00pm. Because of the experience I had at the Drury Inn I will from now on be looking for a Drury Inn whatever city state I go when traveling

The exhaust fan in the bathroom of our room wasn’t working. I called the front desk and requested that maintenance check and fix it, but unfortunately, the issue was never addressed before we checked out. We stayed for two nights, so this was quite disappointing and inconvenient. We were not happy with how this issue was handled.
