Everything was great!! It was very clean. I thought the parking charge was unnecessary as there was no gate for security. I walked across the parking lot late at night alone….

The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible.

I was very disappointed that the pool was not open until 9 am. I love to swim for exercise in the morning before heading out for the day. By 9 am each day, I had to be gone from the hotel. I asked if they could allow me in earlier but they refused. Please consider allowing the pool to be available at 6 am instead of 9.

We had a very good room suite but never received any housekeeping service in 4 nights. Evening desk service by Markesha was very professional and helpful and friendly Lack of housekeeping service.

Location - close to places I need to be. Clean and comfortable.

first of all, 4 days without hot water and no solution just nothing the front desk can say or do, basically kills the entire stay. The breakfast is okay but the breads are not great. If this is really a hotel, everything must be working and working all the time, no if's or but's. Parking they charge $10/day whilst it should be open parking, again not good.

The hotel itself was ok.

Loved my room. Nice layout. Big refrigerator actually kept things cold. I liked the makeup remover wipe in the bathroom. Pillows flattened out immediately

Swimming pool was altogether disgusting. Tiles were covered in dirt and grim all around, there was green mold on the outside edge around pool, and the water was murky/dark. Very disappointing as we picked this hotel for the pool.

Ask 3 times for extra pillows and never got them. Was noisy early mornings. Staff was very pleasant face to face. Need trays to carry food back to room.

The staff was very friendly. Our toddler was looking for to swimming in the pool and he did, however the water was not clear and the automatic lights in the pool area did not turn on. The gym was next door so we got some light. I did report to front desk, however no one showed up to fix the problem. Huge safety issue!!

Second time staying at this hotel. Both experiences were great. The staff is always great. Nice clean property. Plenty of things to do nearby.
