MainStay Suites St. Louis - Galleria

We were disappointed that there wasn't Continental breakfast, but I may have missed that when I selected the hotel. There were a couple of spots that could have been cleaner...there was large pink confetti in a few places, the floor under the pull out had a lot of crumbs, there was a vape in one of the dressers.

The room we stayed in was okay, the mirror in the bath room wasn’t really clean. The desk could have been cleaned a little better. There were spots on the walls but that wasn’t bad. Overall thought everything was pretty clean, no problems with the staff. Just still waiting on my deposit back.

Our family also rented 1322 and it was really nice. No issues at all. Maybe it's jsut 1222.

Nice place to stay for a staycation

Even though it was a single overnight, stay for a concert of the receptionist was amazing and very helpful and caring. The room was clean. Air-conditioning was working. The kitchen was amazing. There wasn’t any noise so it was quiet and I love the vibe. It was more of an apartment than it was hotel stay so I will be booking again very soon.

I didn’t enjoy anything but the location. The first room assigned had luggage still, the second room wasn’t clean , the screen door was broken and after two days a water main pipe broke and was no water for 7hrs.

We would of enjoyed the pool until we were screamed like children when online it says there open till 10 and it also said it on the gate that's about all we cared for sorry not sorry All 3 of our tvs didn't work except 1 channel they shut the water off so we couldn't shower or bathe i call and ask if the had pots and pans and was told yes so we bought stuff to make dinner to find out all that was there was 1 baking sheet there were pun he'd holes in the wall there were cigarettes burns in the kitchen and the kitchen door was all busted in at the pool every chair and lounge chair were destroyed and ripped th shred it was a horrible experience if I could give it a negative response I would very sad for what they charge they could easily fix those chairs outside and the walls inside but no one cares it's very obvious that thier only there for a check and their rude as he'll too so good luck

The lady that checked me in was great. The room was horrible they double charged my card. Had to cancel and go somewhere else

Comfortable

Our room “clean” they said but my granddaughter took her shoes off and walked on the floor and her feet were black I took a whit towel and it was black just from a small tile the whole floor was dirty called the front and they said they would clean it In the morning called back to front cuz the microwave did not work said would fix in morning we left that morning got back to room and nothing was done. Called the front and that lady bought me a key to go to a “dirty”room and take my food there to cook it with my granddaughter When checking out the lady at the front told me no manger was on side and when I said I wanted to talked to one the lady from the office came out and said she was the manger. Dirty place staff lazy and all lied they took deposit then told me at check they did not take deposit. Do not recommend

Room was not ready when I arrived we had to wait almost 2 hours before it was cleaned..

Expedia shows this hotel as serving a hot breakfast each morning. They do not and apparently have not for quite some time. No dishwasher detergent no dish rags so the kitchen while it may be a full kitchen is missing a lot of stuff you need to actually use it.

I loved how it was an apartment away from home. The room was spacious & very accommodating. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, specially the shower, but it was good enough for our stay.

This was the first trip Ive taken by myself and my three year old daughter. I was nervous because I was going to pull in very late. I called ahead and spoke with Erica, who was amazing, checked on my reservation, assured me that we would be fine to arrive late and our room would be ready. Sure enough, no issues at all and we walked into a wonderfully clean room that welcomed us with a blasted AC. We used the pool 2 of the 4 days that we were there but would have been there more had our schedule allowed. Clean and well maintained. Shallow, but perfect for us! :) It was a good experience, quiet and accommodating.

It was very spacious. But very dated and moderately clean.

Roomy Wasn’t that clean

The description on hotels.com is very misleading. There is no free breakfast or heated pool. All of the pool chairs were ripped and falling through. The fire pit area with the lounge chairs needed a lot of work. The room itself was decent with comfortable beds.
