Very clean and comfortable

The room type offered was not received. Not only will I never stay here again but I will never use Hotels.com again either. I feel like I was robbed. Sad

The room was clean!..

The room itself was clean, and the location was convenient. However, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with young children. We were told to keep our kids quiet after 10:00 PM, which we understand and respect. The frustrating part was that several groups of adults continued partying loudly until around 3:00 AM, and the staff never seemed to address the noise. It felt like the rules were enforced differently depending on the guests. If the hotel wants to maintain quiet hours, they should apply them consistently to everyone. Families looking for a kid-friendly and quiet stay may want to consider other options.

Need more supplies option

Pool wasn’t ready and weight room is small and the basketball hoop like 12ft tall but overall good place to stay
-
Don’t expect to use the pool. It was closed with no known date. The staff was amazing though. The kitchen was bigger and newer than mine at home

The room was clean, totally fine and I would stay in it again, but the issue is that we picked this specific hotel for the amenities. I planned our entire visit around sitting by the pool or the fire pit to relax. However, the pool looked nice and open but was 'closed indefinitely' as I was told by the front desk clerk. The fire pit had mushrooms growing out of it, so clearly not usable. Not at all what the pictures on the website showed. It was a real disappointment since we had to alter our entire plans to go out and not revolve around the hotel. Had I known this in advance, I would have changed our plans and booked a different hotel in the area with working amenities.

This was a waste of my money, I wouldn't book if the pool was not available... The room was okay
-
Don't. Just don't, terrible

It was nice having a full kitchen available, with a full sized refrigerator, dining room and living space. It was very cohesive with our family. Only thing is we discovered we needed the pullout couch at 1am past check in so we had to scramble to share bedding. Also having more utensils in the kitchen wouldn’t hurt - we made it work! All in all great for the price we paid.

Carpet in our room was full of stains and did not feel clean to the touch. Obvious odor of cigarette smoke on everything, cigarette burns on the pull out mattress. Advertised as a king and a queen, actually two queens. Area did not feel safe for us or for our car traveling as a family.

Great value. However no dining facilities and restaurants not nearby. You really need a car to get around here

When we arrive the seconf bathroom didn’t have a flor and the trim was in the top of the stairs.
-
Clean room, good location - great option for one night

Me hospede en una suite... buena distribución pero le faltaba un poquito de mantenimiento. Excelente ubicación zona tranquila
-
I enjoyed my staff. Thought upstairs section was very cool. And the price was amazing!

I arrived at the property around 9:30pm just to be told they didn’t have a room available for me despite me having made a reservation well in advance, the front desk person was rude and less than helpful. Possibly the worst experience I’ve had on vacation

The room was clean overall but there was some mildew in the tub. Said it was non smoking but room smelled like smoke upon entry. The pool was also closed which was disappointing.

First one we got there they told us the swimming pool wasn’t not working and they did not give breakfast which I was fine with them not giving breakfast, but I booked the hotel so we could go swimming so that was a bust. She waited till after I paid to tell me the swimming pool wasn’t working then when we got in the room, we just noticed stuff day by day when we brought it to their attention it was the day before checkout. The rooms was poorly, cleaned old food, and refrigerator, tobacco goods up under the couch dried up blood on the wall, and the list goes on. I’m just glad that I didn’t have to spend my whole weekend in the room and we were in and out all weekend we just use the room for showers and sleeping.
