Refrigerator was making a strange loud noise, so I turned it down to off. The property generally seems a little run down and in need of refurbishing. For the cost it was OK.

The carpeting was filthy and loose (curling up) in a number of spots. No utensils, no cooking pots or pans, no glassware and NO towels. Had to go back to the office for them to scrounge up a couple small towels. Never again

TERRIBLE.. I can go on & on but it's pointless cause management or the company have done nothing about it currently still waiting a refund.

The property REALLY needs to be cleaned up starting outside and then moving into the rooms if my room was any example. I understand there is new ownership so hopefully this helps move the ball in the right direction!

Nothing the staff was very rude they said my reservation was canceled by booking.com but couldn’t explain it and told me to find another hotel after I booked with them and drove 4 hours to get there! I have stayed there before and loved it that is why I booked it again.

Everything was good except I didnt get the king bed that I booked it wasn't any toilet paper rolls and no soap to wash my hands or shower gel

It still remains a reasonably priced, quiet property centrally located. On the downside, the trash can immediately in front of my door had trash on the ground that wasn’t addressed or removed in the 4 days I stayed there. The toiletries that were provided have been downgraded. The bathroom grouting showed signs of mold and te towels have gotten small and there wash no washcloths provided.

The room was not cleaned properly and there were no towels in the room.

No breakfasts offered? Parking was convenient to site. We were without bedding for the sofa bed, and could have used an extra bath towel since there were 3 of us.

The floor in the bathroom was broken and missing in some places. But overall the room was well maintained and clean. The food and drink fridge/freezer in the lobby was empty which was sad. There was one bag of ice in it. Staff was helpful when they were needed!

My room had a funny smell, didn’t have enough towels and was told they were behind on laundry and to come back, go back and was given swimming towels, & to not even have breakfast included for the price was too much. I wouldn’t book again

The idea and what is says is offered is great, especially for us pet owners. Unfortunately they do not have good management and nothing was provided. The front desk was unprofessional and said since we were not happy with the plumbing issues and mold plus the lack of all household items is says is provided from utensils to soap is not. The management- the mold in the airways, vent and in the closet. the backed up toilet and tub. The sliding door that stays open while you shower making the whole bathroom a swimming pool which maintenance never showed up to fix. the very rude staff that stated since I was not happy I can check out when advices of the bathroom issue. The same front desk staff member changed all the information on my reservation. When I checked out of my room it was in someone else’s name. After being told there was no availability For a New ron My receipt says I had changed rooms twice. In the 5 days I stayed I never received utensils which I requested daily.

Clean room

My room was emaculent! Very clean and well taken care of. Now, I would recommend getting a new bed/mattress. That bed springs has seen better days and it wouldn't stay on the box spring. It just kept sliding off. But all in all I slept comfortable. I didn't get why the toilet was so low until I sat down. It really help with the flow of things. It came equiped with what we needed but could use another trash can or 2 in the room. But it's really not that bad cause the bigger trash bin is outside by the door and it keeps the smell out so I get it. But I will be staying here again in rm 611. It was great all around!

I get to the property and was told my reservations was canceled at 1:30 pm the same day I was suppose to check in at 4pm. I was already was on the road and I didn’t get any notification.

The staff were friendly and kind. The room was not properly cleaned. There were three tvs and only one worked.
