Great place to stay for the price. Close to shopping and access to the rest of the city.
-
Clean, comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately there was a water line break the night we stayed and there was no water for anything when we woke up the next morning.
-
When I booked this hotel on Expedia it said they had a pool, but there was no pool. We packed all of our swim stuff for nothing and would have chose another hotel had I known there wasn't a pool.

It is a beautiful hotel. Staff are very helpful & thoughtful. We checked out on July 4th and at the front desk they had a little goofy bag filled with red, white & blue candies. What a nice treat. Breakfast was great. Loved the noon check out time.

The facility was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. The only reason why I didn’t give it an excellent is because they had a water main break, which spewed water into the parking lot/front entrance. To repair, they shut the water off. They did everything they could to help the guest, but you couldn’t shower or flush the toilets. They even purchased Starbucks coffee for breakfast! Even with that small catastrophe, I would stay there again!

The room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the Free breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to many restaurants, shopping, gas stations, Wal-Mart and highway. I highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't eat the breakfast! The limited choice of meats.
-
We just stayed 1 night, but had no complaints other than hate having to pay for parking, but at least was only $10. Would stay here again.
-
Everything was beautiful, comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice in every way. 1. It would be REALLY nice if one could open the windows! The thermostat had only two choices: heat or cool, but no separate fan setting. The windows didn't open and there was no way to just get some movement of the air without changing the temperature.

Good breakfast, clean room.
-
Terrible first impression walking by an open dumpster from the restaurant next door to get to the only hotel entrance.
-
We like this place when visiting outside St Louis. I was surprised this time though that there was no daily cleaning....apparently only every 2 days. Even then I'm not sure they came so we had to ask for clean towels. The breakfast is the usual with good coffee. There was an extra charge for using "super fast" (?) internet which we don't even know how to do so at least they took off that charge.

Pros and Cons: Had to pay $10 to park in a non-secured lot, although we checked in on time, we were told only a very limited number of rooms were available, room was clean with nice amenities, we were told could only come in and out the main front door, ice makers do not work on all the floors, overall fine stay-easy to find.
-
Great help from staff there who gave us great recommendations for things to do. Room was spacious and well laid out.
-
But other than that 10/10

The room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was nothing to brag about. I didn't like the fact that we were not notified of the $10 per night parking until we checked in. I would have assumed that the price of the room would cover that. There were two parking spaces marked "for check-in only", but they were blocked with cones, so we had to park in the parking garage to check in

Our room was really nice, however the bathroom needed a remodel. The toilet had missing pieces (to hold the seat down) and it was rusted out. Just looked rundown and not what the pictures looked like. I wouldn’t spend the money again probably. Oh, and everyone at least it felt like everyone was smoking weed and you can smell it. I for one am sensitive to that smell and it makes me nauseous. It was gross. Hotel staff reported they try to catch them, but they can’t sometimes.
-
The room was beautiful! Staff was super friendly. Very very clean I have no complaints. Only dislike is I didnt have more time to stay longer! Lol
-
There is a parking ramp right next to it, so your car isn’t out in the open and there is plenty of parking. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They have a wider variety of food for breakfast. We left for home before 6:00 and the gal at the restaurant asked if we wanted any breakfast even though it officially didn’t start until 6:30. The rooms were quiet too.

Our room was very clean. Our housekeeper was very attentive. I couldn’t say enough about her. The front staff was only as friendly as they needed to be never went out of their way. The key cards were very finicky and had to be reset multiple times much to the dismay of the front desk, who were disappointed that they had to fix the keys again. The ice machines were broken on every floor, but the fifth floor with no notes except for the fourth floor.
