Best Western Premier Richmond City Gateway

My stay was excellent. Customer Service was on point. Absolutely no problems. The room was clean with plenty of towels and washcloths.

This is a decent budget-friendly hotel. Be sure to get down to breakfast sooner than later because the best food goes quickly! Overall it is a good choice.

Room showed a little wear but was clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was excellent. Price was reasonable.

El hotel estaba muy limpio. La bañera estaba ya vieja con manchas de moho se ve que hace muchos años no las remodelan. Pero si estaba muy limpia. Me gustó tranquilo y acogedor. Lo que no me gustó que la piscina decía que abre de 10 am a 10 pm y es mentira. Eran 10:35 am y todavía estaba cerrada y apenas iban a comenzar a darle mantenimiento de limpieza. Mi hijo se quedó con las ganas de meterse pq teníamos que irnos ya a las 11:30 para una actividad y cuando regresamos eran las 8 pm y ya estaba cerrada.

Breakfast was good. Good location to all attractions and downtown. Friendly staff.

The only good thing was the soft comfortable bed and the helpful staff. Spiders were hanging from the ceiling. Some type bug was crawling on the wall. Floor had a crack in it. Certain channels were not avaliable. The breakfast was cold.

I was not too impressed with this best western as the reviews were good. Our towels had some brown stains , the floor in our room was not the cleanest as my socks were dirty from walking in the room. After a long night and attending a funeral the maid woke us up by knocking on our door so hard at 930 am and at 1100 am. Late check out was $50 . I probably will not stay at this location again. Beds were ok and we didn’t utilize any amenities nor did we have their breakfast.

We had a great stay. Our rooms were clean and the staff was professional and friendly.

The rooms & bathroom were larger than some of the newer hotels. The rooms & bedding looked clean & smelled clean. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Having a small refrigerator & microwave was nice. The rooms looked like they were recently renovated. It was easy to get to and from I 95. The breakfast was above average. The only negative was the hotel restaurant. We wanted to eat there, it took 20 minutes for the waiter to take our order, while waiting we saw him outside talking to someone in a car & he only had one other table beside ours, so he wasn't busy. Then when we did order he just then informed us the fryer wasn't working. We ended up eating at McDonald's down the street.

It was very quiet at night. The facility is at a great location. Very centralized and easy to go downtown . We had a very clean room. We would definitely stay again.
