I was extremely disappointed. Property was run down. Elevator was broken down. Lobby was shabby and dirty. Front desk person was rude and uninterested in solving check in questions. They were not able to provide the room I booked and paid and unwilling to provide a refund on site. I don't know how they earned the positive ratings they have

The hotel is in an industrial part of town with not much in the vicinity other than easy access to the highway but the hotel itself is fantastic - like a little hidden gem. It was super clean and seemed new (like it smelled good) and I am very sensitive to that. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds too soft. Bathroom shower had hair in it upon checkin. Room floor had liquid spills on it.

Clean room and excellent customer service

Room was clean. Bed was comfy.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. We needed a place to stop on our road trip and it was right off the highway. We enjoyed having a full fridge, and it was quiet in the room. The location was in a sketchy area, and while outside, I did not always feel the safest. Check-in was also extremely long; I actually left the line and went to get dinner and come back. It was only one person, and it took everyone forever to get checked in. In 2026, when others have digital check-in and we are still printing invoices to be signed and using a computer that must date back a decade, feels extremely outdated.

The original front desk lady eventually offered us some additional IHG points for our trouble. We hope she was able to accomplish that.

the property was clean very quiet the guest was respectful to other guest. Mr.Brian is a helpful and outstanding worker with the little time we had together at the time we had a conversation about richmond, and the hotel rates felt like i knew him for years in such short time the parking lot is small but hey you can’t get all the good apples off the ground
