I did not stay my job was cancelled as well as the room

Good stay. Saw a live cockroach in room. Also cold water not cold Had a reservation for one night and was billed 2x. See above

Not bad for a short stay with dogs. Rooms could be cleaner.

Needs an upgrade badly.

Clean rooms and close to stores and restaurants...

Old and run down. Ppl smoking pot outside. Some kind of bug in the bed. I've stayed at way better Red Roofs before...Will not stay at this one again

Bed was fine Bathroom below par, no soap, two small towels,. Most upsetting was was person sleeping in van who would obviously been there for a long time in parking lot.

Absolutely disgusting place. I walked into the room & directly out. Holes in the walls, small to the size of a grown man’s fist. The room smelled like cigarettes & urine. The tub was missing its varnish. It was awful. I requested a refund & was told to ho through Expedia. I asked for a receipt in order to have proof of purchase but he avoided giving me anything. He charged me less than Expedia but that immediately made me suspicious once I was denied a receipt. He refused to print out or email me proof of purchase, despite me paying on site. This place is running a scam. I called Expedia right away & was told refunds go through the property. He refused to refund my money or give me a receipt. There is a scam here, do not book under any circumstances.

Quite hotel, updated with TV on wall, tub was peeling and a roach was on the bathroom floor alive when I went to shower
