Room 501 was okay but: the mattress had a huge dent, very uncomfortable!!. The room had a strong stale musty moldy odor. Had to sleep with my nose covered. It was bad!!
-
Really liked how close it was downtown, the area was clean and everything was located great!

This seems like a new hotel next to an apartment complex so parking is tight and at a premium. If there's no space in the garage, you have to park across the street in a dirt lot. The hotel is nice enough but the AC in my room was weak and wasn't even on when I entered. It was about 80 degrees and took awhile to cool down. There was also a fly in there that I don't know how it got into an interior 3rd floor room. I looked for a continental breakfast in the morning but didn't see one. If i hadn't paid a pretty hefty fee for one night, I wouldn't be complaining about these things, but I did so I am.

Location, staff gave me an early check-in It was very, very hot outside during my stay and the room was very damp when we woke up from the air conditioner. Had to wipe the counter tops dry

Hotel was clean and located conveniently. However being on the main very noisy road made the outdoor terrace useless. The bar wasn’t much as it was in the lobby and everyone was talking on their cellphones. Upgraded to a balcony but it overlooked a road and unattractive buildings. It was expensive and then was charged for parking. Breakfast also would have been at an additional fee. Good facility but not worth $265 on a weeknight.

Superb

Nice room but it’s unbelievable that I had to pay for WiFi after paying for a room for the night,

Location and indoor pool. Our toilet wasn't working and they didn't have anybody working maintenance in the morning. They gave us a plunger instead. I wish they had roll-away cots.
-
Front desk was very helpful w anything I needed

Dumbest shower design I’ve ever seen there is no door on the shower. The entire bathroom gets soaked when you shower water runs out of the shower onto the floor and when you’re showering the water splashes off of you all over-the-counter and all over the mirror absolutely terrible shower design.

Clean and good location other than noise. It’s on the corner of a busy road so there was some traffic noise. Not sure why Expedia is prompting for balcony review since there wasn’t one in my 2 queen room.

Very nice hotel in Downtown Richmond, great location! Parking wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t a busy weekend. Staff is nice and friendly. Room was clean and had a smart tv to stream on. Overall, very satisfied with my stay!

Clean room. Staff was very helpful.
-
Nice layout of the rooms, very clean throughout the hotel, fitness room well above average for this type of hotel, excellent fresh cooked breakfast options. Very limited parking next to the facility with extremely narrow spots. Overflow parking is across the street, not a bad option, just a little inconvenient.

Very good

Bedding was dirty, looked like blood. Also the bedroom door would not close on its own.

Everything was perfect we have stayed there multiple times. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. 🙌🙌🙌🙌
