Diamond Inn and Suites

I was serviced quickly -I didn't even get what I reserved (double bed) -The room smelled like cigarette smoke -The blankets were ashed with cigarettes and had holes in them (ew) -The room was not cleaned prior to me coming (cigarette ash on the toilet seat, the shower curtains had some type of residue that honestly looked like fecal -There were baby roaches in the bathroom -The walls were super thin so I could hear everything coming from the next room -The decor is unappealing and dated and it didn't look like a hotel I felt like I was in the hood and I was uncomfortable honestly

I was visiting for a pageant rooms were clean and guy at front was nice very pleased The air conditioner button was broke so I had to take a pen to push it

there was nothing welcoming about this hotel. the stuff was very rude and they had people staying outside in the heat to check them in when some of use just traveled from the bus stations down the street. the stuff was rude and races and there hotel was very dirty and then people was up playing there music and when you called to the front desk to tell them they never answered the phone

That’s very bad. If there’s no choice, then yes—but if there is, it’s better not to stay here.

The air conditioner in the room was not that good but the place was clean and no roaches and mice was there

It was walking distance to Wawa. The air conditioning didn't kick the way I wanted it to at first, but I had to give it time eventually. Shower worked the same way. It was lukewarm.

Quiet, well maintained property, helpful staff. Ac worked good, hot water was hot and the check out process was quick

Loose handle on shower controls. Could not get hot water out of it.

Bedspreads and sheets should be replaced for n̈ew.

It was extremely run down and ghetto. Loud music blasting next door at 2 am. Room was dirty, water damage on walls and ceilings and just down right nasty. Only plus side was the kid at the front desk was very nice.
