Staff was kind, room was clean and comfortable, location was close to restaurants, shops, interstate, etc.

The cleaning staff were awesome. The location was great. I enjoyed a lot about it except for the day manager. They extorted me out of $120. They knew I couldn't leave because I don't drive. They saw that I had a lot of stuff and I'm guessing that's why after I paid full price of the loan we demanded I pay more or leave right away. Couldn't do it without help. I couldn't just leave. I was too exhausted. Had nowhere to go and I didn't have help at the time. He got me three times for $20. And then one time for 40 and that was all I could deal with. I spent the night outside with no shelter because of it and other circumstances. There's no accountability. I was nothing but respectful and kind to everyone. I didn't like being extorted by the manager. I don't like how they treat people. I understand they deal with difficult people. I understand that they have to use a certain measure of discipline. But I was always kind. I was always attentive. I kept my room clean off all the rules and they were still horrible to me. The cleaning staff were great. They couldn't have been better. They're the best part of that whole place. They couldn't have been kinder. Mom and daughter Duo that clean that place are the best people you could ever want to meet. And more respect for them and I will miss them.

we feared for our life while there...wondered if this was the end. no one was able to sleep bc we were in fear and we will never come back ! its a delapidated hotel which seemed to be housing a prostitution ring on the first floor.

Clean sheets, good water pressure in shower, good AC, comfy beds Hair in fridge. Hair in shower. Tub floor was extremely slippery. Had been painted, I think. I slipped, grabbed the bar but it was only attached at the top. Same in both rooms. Carpet was loose, ripped, dirt in corners,outlet loose from the wall, shower curtain rod ripped almost out of wall. Rust in fridge. Elevator out of order, no or little AC in lobby and hallwa., we had reservations, only one person in line to check in and we still had to wait a very long time to check in. Basically, everything needed repair and a good cleaning.

It was a place to lay our heads for 1 night, but if I had this booked for any longer, I would have found a different hotel/motel and ate the cost. The property was overgrown, the hotel room and the lobby had poor lighting, the room could be accessed from an interior hallway but not from outside the building where you park. The bed was very hard and they provided 3 pillows on the bed but we were unable to get an additional pillow because housekeeping was gone for the day. There appeared to be an emotional, possibly homeless, male on the property during our entire stay, which made me feel more cautious for myself and my vehicle.

It was filthy. Bed sheets were dirt and ridden with holes. The mattress had stains on it that looked like blood? The walls were dirty as were the towels in the bathroom.

On check in the lobby was dark and quiet. I was given my room key and went to my room. Room was on the third floor but the elevator was out so I took the stairs. Walking up stairs and down the hall to my room was filthy. Getting in the room, the room smelled horrible of cigarettes. Walls were dirty. Mirrors dirty. Bedding hardly made and there was blood stains on the sheets and pillows. Immediately left and found a different hotel to stay at. This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. 10/10 would not recommend.

There was stairs that was blocked off couldnt use elevators. There was no fire alarms in the room. My ac unit was getting fixed and when they brought it back it was still blowing warm air.

There was nothing good about this hotel. Expedia shouldn’t even have it on this website. It’s a scam! Pictures are complete misrepresentations. We checked in late at night planning for a three night stay. The lobby didn’t have accessible restrooms, the doors were chained closed. The stairs were flagged and chained off limits. Not like we needed to access these areas in the lobby but that’s concerning. Especially the lack of the restroom. We pull around to our room and the parking lot was iffy, but no different than any cheap hotel. Our room was on the first floor and the outdoor access “patio” was blocked off so we were told to go through in the inside hall. Approaching the breezeway, we see particle board blocking off one of the buildings entryways. Ok… we enter our building to an absurdly strong smell of cigarettes, mold, mildew, must, and the feces of a million infested creatures, and this smell persisted, at the same strength, into our room. The first walk in the hallway you see at least 6 cameras, a permanently out of order elevator, a light fixture hanging from wires, seemingly once caught fire. The room was filthy, stains on all of the mattress, lamps, walls, towels, etc. Again, the smell persisted. Who knows if the AC worked. Didn’t even check for bedbugs because we immediately walked out and found a different hotel. I don’t know how this hotel is legally open. If they’re under renovation, it’s not safe or accessible for anyone to stay there.

Very old and dated smells like mold

NA For starters, when you first are “welcomed” into the facilities, you get this amazing staff that takes twenty minutes to even get to you. We had to drive around the facility just to get to our right room, as well as when you walk into the halls, it smells like mildew and weed. The pillows had stains, the sheets had holes, the outlets couldn’t even be called outlets, and lastly, the shower was even worse.
