The parking lot was way too small

I now love everything about this place. The staff continually make me feel like a VIP. Now there's not only a fitness center, but a pickle ball court. I'm looking forward to checking it out during my next stay. The room has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The beds are made so tightly you feel like you're in a nice cotton cocoon. It's a far cry from previous reviews.

Room wasn’t the cleanest

Location was ok Room wasn’t the cleanest

The staff was great and the room was a good size very roomy. The price was a great value for Labor Day weekend . The room was clean . I didn't like the bathrooms in the room, only because they were outdated and still had the tub with a shower in it unit. Not too many people take a bath in a tub while staying in a hotel. Unless it's a jacuzzi tub. Need to remodel the bathroom and add walk-ins showers

Townhomes style apartments. We stayed in the penthouse. Spacious with 2 bathrooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to shops and highway Kudos to George, Bari and Marquette. Could not get that damn thermostat to work properly.

Good

Room was damp and smelled. Couldn’t shower because of bath tub line was 90% blocked and taking shower meant standing in 3 inches of water. Extra sheet had blood marks. Overall this is not expected from Residence Inn

Jayne at the front desk was very nice. She went out of the way and brewed a fresh pot of coffee!!!! Much appreciated.

I stayed at the residence Inn in 116. I’m 61 years old. I needed to be on the ground level, which is very convenient, but it was very clean inside the hotel room and the amenities from the kitchen were exile. I love it would definitely recommend it 100% to my friends. The breakfast was awesome. The lady in the breakfast room was very nice. She did a wonderful job and my grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool. We were there for my husband’s passing.

The outside of the property needs a lot of work. It’s not appealing to the point where I didn’t think that I had even made a reservation there.
