WoodSpring Suites Richmond West I-64

Nothing the place is discusting I did not like cock roaches running rapidly around the room. The managers lied and said that I would get a full refund, but when contacted by Booking.com they refused to refund my money. I spoke with the manager that night and the following morning, she was aware that we slept in the car due to poor conditions and agreed to everything to my face including acknowledging that the property had roaches. This is not an over night stay hotel. People live there. It was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place helps house people that are experiencing rough times, the rates are low and the facilities are probably why. The property is “as-is” meaning they let you inspect the rooms before finalizing the payment so please take your time and check for mold in all drawers and moisture on the floors. Mattress may be damaged as well.

Nothing at all Not enough disabled accessible rooms, I'm a smoker and had to be on the fourth floor, toilet is way to short as if us grown adults has to seat down as if we are 5years old in kindergarten. I fell twice and had to call 911

I had a smoking room That I couldn’t have an accessible room for the disabled that I am, the toilet was so low that it took me a while to get out. So expensive that the money was not worth it

I was very disappointed with cleanliness and how poorly maintained. I went to the lobby for clean towels and they checked used towels to make sure I was returning everything, like I was a thief. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

The place was disgusting. After being hit with the smell of weed during check in, we went to our assigned room and walked right back out again. The room was dirty, moldy, damp, smelly and that was before I checked the beds. We did not stay, and because the cost was non-refundable, were left out of pocket. The whole experience was aweful and I would heartily recommend that no one stays there. If I could give minus points, I would. See above

The front desk staff member was courteous but stuck with a property in disrepair and nothing that she was capable of doing to remedy.

Took me a hr to wake the clerk on duty. She kept falling asleep on the phone when she did answer & had the nerve to ask me how I was able to make a reservation after midnight. I asked for a late check out at 1pm for my inconvenience & was told no I could only stay until 12.
