Terrible stay, but amazing staff

Nothing lady in the front was super sweet but the hotel was extremely dirty roaches everywhere Roaches everywhere very dirty sheets dirty

I was very disappointed with cleanliness and how poorly maintained. I went to the lobby for clean towels and they checked used towels to make sure I was returning everything, like I was a thief. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

If I could give minus points, I would. See above

The front desk staff member was courteous but stuck with a property in disrepair and nothing that she was capable of doing to remedy.

Location The room

Took me a hr to wake the clerk on duty. She kept falling asleep on the phone when she did answer & had the nerve to ask me how I was able to make a reservation after midnight. I asked for a late check out at 1pm for my inconvenience & was told no I could only stay until 12.

: bed was lumpy pilows need to tossed bathroom-door had hole they half clean the shower the last guest leave the used bsr of soap in the shower housekeeping didn't wipe down the kitchen or the bathroom sink.

WHEN YOU TRY TO CHECK IN THEY INFORM YOU THEY ARE A NON REFUNDABLE HOTEL AND YOU NEED TO LOOK AT ROOMS UNTIL YOU FIND ONE YOU LIKE.

Nothing, the room needs to be repaired and/ or remodeled, the condition of room furnishings was horrible. Morning could not come fast enough for me to leave. Everything !

The amenities and location My room door was left open by housekeeper.

I like the location I do not like the fact that I had a confirmation for my rooms when I get there my rooms was not available. They had to find me a room and the price was still about the same for a single bed when I supposed to had two double beds so me and my guest have to sleep in the same bed.

Nothing at all. I was asked to check the room before we accepted it. The place was not what I expected at all. Poor quality beds in the room and it seemed the place was used to provide housing for disadvantaged people. We canceled and walked out.

Convenient location Resident hotel with what appeared to be homeless or displaced residents. Hall carpets were dirty, top of refrigerator in the room dirty. Loud music and partying into the late evening. Insufficient number of towels The only positive was the front desk clerk who did his best given the circumstances. Never again!

Terrible hotel. Stayed for one night. If we hadn't been so late getting into town we would've left. Holes in the doors, no door knob on the bathroom. Entire hotel smelled awful. DO NOT STAY HERE!
