Residence Inn Richmond Midtown/Glenside

The is property was very clean and very nice place to stay. They were accommodating and informative of the area! Every time I come to Richmond I will stay here.

The rooms were clean. Fully stocked kitchenette. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious.

A+ - came back for a second time! Traveled without my husband and with kids and felt totally safe! Very convenient stop!

We adored our stay! We had a long drive from Oak Island on the way home to Pittsburgh. This hotel was a perfect stopping place to rest. We loved the thoughtfulness of bottled waters on arrival. Our suite was massive and the beds were so comfortable I actually didn’t want to leave. Our toddler loved the pool and our complimentary breakfast was nice!! We will definitely be back. A great value for the money.

Jiji at night was phenomenal! Very friendly and personal. She spoke to everyone who walked n more than just to say “hi.” The general manager and housekeeping manager were also present and impressively working outside their office to help staff and patrons. Would definitely stay again!

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Extremely clean. The hotel itself is quiet, but if I stayed again I would stay on the side furthest from the street. A lot of sirens since there is a hospital nearby.

Very beautiful bright welcoming and exceptional clean! I love yalls breakfast buffet just wish you guys served vegetarian meats I honestly couldn’t complain about nothing at all.

Mr. Mark was really friendly when I arrived and got me checked in on my floor of choice. Really nice staff and great location.

Everything was pretty good except having to be in the very very back of the floor and the staff was either not accommodating or around. The bartender helped me find the person to check in and was always as his station. The breakfast was a bit lacking. And I was looking forward to that the most since I work in the hospital but other than that It was ok

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and the room was exceptionally clean! I’ll most definitely be returning.

Nice hotel

Convenient to the major highways. Clean with easy parking. Friendly staff. There was no food at the breakfast at 8;40am. Still NO food after going to the front desk for assistance.! I took pictures to call your management.

Great breakfast.

Breakfast was wonderful! Rooms and hallways were super clean and smelled good. King beds were very comfortable. Sofa beds, not so much. Keurig in the room for coffee. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was very comfortable and clean to use! Would stay again. 👍

Nice modern hotel, clean and comfortable room. The name of the hotel includes the ‘midtown’, which is in my opinion deceiving. The hotel is not near midtown or downtown. But overall, a great hotel.

Richard even brought cookies to our room when we asked and they were not out yet.
