I was completely disappointed by my stay I would have left if I had a different option considering I paid over $400 for the hotel . The room was underwhelming the pull out sofa was thing and dirty images below they never supplied a blanket or sheet for said pull out sofa until we asked the towels were three towels for three adults for four days two rolls of toilet paper and three pillows for three people nothing extra free breakfast is basically instant oatmeal and a muffin . The room itself smelled like mold the fan is by the window which blows the curtains open the floor had dirt on it the Wi-Fi when initially connecting said $2 an hour then changed later . The bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter . It is a no smoking facility or my floor was however it smelled just like weed .The queen bed was not a queen bed . The key card when given never worked . The worker that checked me in was a sweetheart other than that I would not recommend this place at all just overall a bad experience and not a worth the money

Everything was nice, but the break was lacking, It at least needed tea bags for tea drinkers.

Clean enough The breakfast was a joke- about 4 granola bars, 3 bags of instant oatmeal and1 bag of grits. We were there 1.5 hours prior to breakfast ending. They also didn't have any spoons.

No dishes or silverware for a room with a kitchen!! Very weird! But nice hotel

My door had to be slammed because it would not shut properly. I mean SLAM it too.

That staff was very patient and knowledgeable about their position and property The cleanliness of the carpet in the room. Definitely could benefit greatly from being shampooed and a deep clean.

The checking in looked a bit run down. But when we got to the rooms it was very clean. Water pressure was great!

It was close to where I needed to go My room was dirty . Broken sink the water constantly ran , smoke detector was hanging from ceiling , gave me moldy towel . I asked them to fix it and nobody came . They admitted to knowing that room had broken sink and smoke detector.

Clean, no bugs , stove only had two working burners but that was not a big deal. No remote for tv took a full day to get one . They seem short staffed but all staff was kind . Really no major issues . Would stay here again.

Went to check in and waited 30 mins in a hot lobby to do so and then was told that they had no rooms available. I booked this room well in advance so there is no reason why I shouldn’t have a room but a walk in does. Highly disappointed.

So we paid for wifi that never worked. When we called the front desk, they told us to call a separate number that never actually answered. At least one of us got sick from the air conditioning in the rooms that seem like they have never been cleaned. Actually my worst experience ever at a hotel booked through expedia.
