Extended Stay America Suites Richmond W Broad St Glenside S

Staff very friendly, felt like I was surrounded by family during my visit. The room was so clean & spacious, I enjoyed every minute of it. Me and husband will be booking again

Ok

Location is great: easy to get to I-64, Staples Mill, etc. Would return in future

This place is an absolute dump!! Do not stay here if you have any self respect. Shower didn’t drain, kitchen looked like it had been caulked by a three year old, cabinet doors literally falling off the hinges. Bathroom mirror was faded and the trim was held together by duck tape. No toilet paper. Sink had horrible water pressure; barely any! Carpet was badly stained in multiple places. Dust galore all over the beside light fixtures. Premises was badly run down and don’t get me started on the nighttime noise; pitiful. Do NOT waste your money. Total dump of an establishment. Awful.

Wasn’t a big fan but it was a place to stay.

Bad

Fairly safe location within Richmond Metro. Close proximity to various fast food restaurants. It is a residential hotel with families living there with a school bus stop there which increases overall exterior noise

TV channels

Cleanliness, white sheets, comfortable bed TV channels

Very good

Volvería alojarme

The exterior smelled like weed/cigarette smoke. There were stains on the linens. There appeared to be mold in the shower. In the morning when I wanted to check out, I had to wait several minutes for a staff person to come to the desk. I did appreciate the grab and go breakfast items. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay and I don't plan to stay here again.

No ice machine

Very good stay

Nothing it was filthy It was filthy. There was a distinct smell of cigarettes despite being advertised as non smoking, the smoke detector was gone and it looked like there might of been a mouse nest forming in the ceiling, stains on all the countertops, filthy ac unit, and there was dust and debris everywhere

Couldn't stay after I booked and charged me twice

Exceptional

Everything was good

Another peaceful stay at the extended stay hotel. Staff was professional and kind as always and of course I enjoyed the peaceful clean room I was in. Really enjoyed the ac during the extreme heat we had these past few days. Will be returning again.

I didn't like anything. I didn't stay. The room was dirty, the outside had a lot of garbage, and the environment didn't look safe. A lot of people were gathered outside the rooms. I wish I could've gotten my money back because I didn't stay. I left when I saw the conditions. I didn't like anything about the room, but the customer service was good. However, I didn't stay and had to book another room somewhere else.
