Very good stay

Everything was good

Another peaceful stay at the extended stay hotel. Staff was professional and kind as always and of course I enjoyed the peaceful clean room I was in. Really enjoyed the ac during the extreme heat we had these past few days. Will be returning again.

I didn't like anything about the room, but the customer service was good. However, I didn't stay and had to book another room somewhere else.

There was food stuck to the counters. No coffee maker. No decaf in the lobby. There was trash outside everywhere

Clean room

As always, another beautiful stay at the Extended stay hotel. Very peaceful and the rooms cleaned to perfection. Once again, I was met by the staff with greetings and beautiful smiles, very friendly and very helpful. Will be returning very soon.

My room had a smell. For the price I paid, it should have been less.

As always, had a wonderful time at my favorite hotel and seeing my favorite staff. Something new here, one of the things I love doing is opening my window and listening to the beautiful rain outside. My stay was very peaceful and ofcourse very safe. Will be back again 😊

I know that I write a lot of reviews but that’s just how much I love this hotel. It really is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at here in Richmond. It’s always a pleasure to see the smiling faces of the staff every time I come to stay.

Forgot to mention the peacefulness of my stay. No loud music, no crazy nonsense, just pure peacefulness my whole 3 weeks of staying at the extended stay hotel.

As always had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff are always nice and the rooms are always clean and smelling really good. Love the feeling when you first walk into the room, you just know you’re going to have a great stay.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel is quiet got a good rest but, the room had a weird smell and they need new rod in the bathroom! It is about to fall off and the shower curtain does not close all the way. The toilet is all moldy on the bottom. There were people smoking on the stairs. There is no continental breakfast! There was coffee, muffins and oatmeal.

breakfast was pretty minimal.

The location Trash was everywhere and it smelled like cat piss
