We had our choice of pillows. Bed was very comfortable. Could have used more countertop space in bathroom. The shower wand in bathtub was nice. Nice area in restaurant and bar. Didn't like to pay for breakfast

The Westin is always a step above!

The staff are all incredibly friendly and very helpful. They upgraded me and my guest for my birthday and went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent time. The room was spotless and the beds are so comfortable. The free parking is also nice! One of the elevators was out of service which kind of sucked, but wasn’t terribly bad.

We had room service breakfast and was pretty good. Prompt & friendly staff. The lighting in the room, and the air conditioning was not great. Also not enough clean towels.

It’s right down the street from my job which was great. I liked how the property looked and our room. The shower looked a mess and the drain wasn’t clear so I was standing in water as I was showering, there was this huge hole in our blanket along with a smaller one, one of the drawer handles wasn’t screwed in, and there were a number a stains all throughout the room. Considering I paid 200-something dollars and that’s the quality I had to deal with was disappointing.

The rooms were comfortable, exceptional customer service, and everything is at the hotel.

Room Service was exceptional, one of the best experiences ever. Both the quality of food and service was amazing.

One elevator was broken and the other was very noisy and slow. Our room wasn't ready until after 7:30 pm and then when we finally went in, the duvet was soiled. We asked for another, no response, had to go to reception again in person, and then they just gave us a blanket, not a duvet. The next day we asked for new bedding, they did not give it to us. Room service simply made the bed with the old bedding and did not remove any of our trash or used towels. I would NOT stay here again.

Everything was good. Staff is super but the entire weekend was on broken squeaking elevator. Also breakfast could have been better.
