Very convenient to the airport. Extremely friendly front desk

The stay was nice. The facility was exceptionally clean and the staff were wonderful.

Convient location, very friendly staff, nice gym and pool. For one night it was pricey and they also put a $250 hold deposit on your card . Also paying for parking when you already pay a high amount for a room is ridiculous.

The facility and staff were great. Some of the other clientele were obnoxiously loud, treating the hotel like their own home, with their habits that don't consider others on property.

Excellent all around!

My daughter was not feeling well for the week we were there, which made it challenging at times. The staff were very polite and accommodating, however Keisha stood out for me(evening shift). Her warm, genuine care to ensure that my daughter was comfortable was above and beyond her job description. Keisha deserves a promotion for her professionalism, customer service and genuineness. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a hotel with close proximity to the airport.

My brother and I came into town for a wedding and Home2 Suites was excellent in its location, services, and overall experience! The 2-Queen bed/with sofa room was more than spacious (and clean!), but a word: the bathrooms don’t latch/lock— it was a sliding door for us, so just keep that in mind! Overall, no complaints to be found/made— the hotel was lovely and I’d definitely stay again/recommend.

Great place to stay!

My stay was 5 stars great, the front desk staff were excellent. I love the location & that its next to the Cracker Barrel. The room, gym, and pool was 5 stars great. I'm a happy customer.

Everyone was very accommodating and efficient with our needs. One issue the blind was broken however the staff was very efficient and accommodating to our needs

The rooms are a decent size, lots of space for sharing. I didn't use any amenities. I utilized late check out, received my receipt showing paid. Housekeeping knocked three different times waking me despite me saying I had late check out. Then the front desk called asking if I had late check out. My additional relaxation time was less than. I returned the rental car early, notated that and was still charged for the last night even though there was no parking used.

This is a very clean hotel. The room was very spacious. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the amenities. Kayla is a rock star employee. She made our stay memorable.

Very friendly and accommodating staff!

Best part of this hotel is the staff (shout out to T and Sam!!!) and the cleanliness of the facilities. Rooms are so comfy and great layout. Bummer is that I REALLY need decent coffee at my hotels, and this place had no consumable caffeinated coffee onsite!! The in-room coffee maker only had decaf pods (the entire hotel was out -- shout out to the front desk woman who found me one regular pod) and the brew at breakfast was coffee flavored water. I watched all the guests perplexed and then finally had my husband ask for a new pot to be brewed, which they never did. We got in on a super late flight and breakfast ended at 9am with no drinkable coffee. First world problems, I know, but when you're spending cash like this for a quick sleep... you gotta have some caffeinated coffee on hand. Also consider running breakfast for one more hour please!

Excellent staff, very clean facility, delicious breakfast! I would definitely book this hotel again!

Everything was fine but what I did not like was the staff running the kitchen the ladies were very rude and all you can hear them doing is using profanity and having attitudes if no plates were out on the counter and you ask them they give you attitude and start slamming the plates at the time of refilling also you have them talking under their breath about the customers if we are getting too much food or if they need to close the kitchen earlier than usual time. You need better staff in your hotel in the kitchen part and maybe the food will be a bit better. Thank you
