Very good

They had to cancel our reservation over a water leak. We were moved to a microtel instead for free which once I get my refund back ill raise the review a star but to have this happen on our way into Philadelphia was a bit shocking and I overheard that this is far from the first time something like this has happened recently.

I enjoyed my stay. :)

We arrived a bit late , front desk gave away the room we booked, not great.

Breakfast could be better for the price of stay.

The stay itself was excellent. Could use some more (quantity wise) of breakfast items. We also were rushed out a few minutes prior to check out due to fire alarms and water leaking everywhere, which led to water being turned off. Scary for kids!

Good breakfast and cool rooms

We made this reservation last minute when our connecting flight was canceled and we had to spend the night in Philadelphia. The staff sent the shuttle for us right away. They were all very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was the best continental breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a great variety of options. From an accessibility standpoint, the room was very functional. Lots of room to maneuver a wheelchair. However, the hotel needs some updates. The smell coming from the carpet was almost overwhelming. The ceilings were high and there were lots of cobwebs when you looked up while laying on the bed. There was a worm in the bathroom floor and a spider crawling on the counter. Probably from the gap around the door. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and coming up. The blind on the window was broken and wouldn't retract so there was no option for natural light in the room. Lots of noise from the highway directly behind the hotel. Wouldn't stay again.

Everything was great!!!!!

Our recent stay was frustrating due to a mix of poor service and technical issues at the hotel. Upon arrival, we could not check in right away because the hotel system was down. While these things do happen, the front desk staff was neither helpful nor professional in handling the situation. Even after finally getting registered, the system went down again, constantly deactivating our room keys leaving us locked out. A hotel should provide basic access to your room and a welcoming, professional front desk staff, and this hotel property failed on both fronts. We would not stay here again!

Odor to it. Toliet was recently used. Night staff was rude and not helpful. Next morning someone tried to enter room.
