Breakfast was standard but good. Rooms are large and nice. Definitely would stay again if I’m in the area.

We stayed over night after watching a show at Harrahs. It was a quick and easy commute back and forth, parking was easy, the room was clean and we experienced no issues.

Some conflict between Expedia and hotel required me to wait one hour in lobby to sort it out! Front desk clerk was unfriendly and unhelpful.

I didn’t like the fact that I was charged for parking. I have never had to pay for parking.

Home2 Home Suites is our favorite place to stay when in Philadelphia. The hotel is clean, the staff are so friendly, and you feel safe in its location outside of the city. The breakfast buffet is amazing as well. We look forward to staying here on our next trip to see the Philadelphia Phillies.

We had a leaking sink in the kitchen. Couldn't use it while we spent the night in the room.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The pool was heated and felt amazing, and the breakfast was also delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, I had a great experience from start to finish. I WILL definitely be coming back😊❤️

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. All the included toiletries were empty though in the bathroom (hand soap, shampoo and body wash) and there were no garbage bags in the cans in the room. Breakfast was pleasant and the coffee in the common area was nice. Pool area and gym were clean. I was a little upset with check in because it was a downpour thunderstorm outside and the front desk manager gave me a hard time about checking in early. I had called the morning of check in and was told our room was ready and early check in was fine, so obviously communication between staff members needs improvement. It was my daughter’s wedding weekend, so I definitely could’ve done without that added stress. Otherwise our stay was good.

Over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport And It was raining when we landed and windy So being outside and waiting that long was not great. We called them at least six times to find out where the shuttle was and when the driver came he said he was never told about us until about 45 minutes after we were waiting

Staff was incredible, pool was warm and relaxing, everything was clean. Great experience. Would absolutely book again when in the area!
