Motel 6 Riviera Beach, FL

The staff wasn’t very pleasant, I asked for a ground floor room because I just had back surgery and they could not accommodate, & occupancy was low. The AC was very loud, the shower only stayed hot for 5 minutes, and was scary

Our stay was overall, okay. Service of staff was nice and helpful asking if we need anything I appreciate it!! Even if it’s something small. And I appreciate management letting us stay an extra day for understanding :)

The problem was, I pay for a king bed room, i didn't notice that was for disable because i just focus to get a king bed and when I get there to do checking they change to a double bed. Because they want to have the room free in case they have someone with disable. Also I ask for the sign do not disturb and they didn't have one, because there policy is that clean service has to go to the room every day.

The TV did not work and when I called front desk no one came to assist with the TV not working and the smell of roach spray made me nauseous

Shower was very nasty. Floor felt dirty. Poor channel selection on tv, uncomfortable bed and pillow, thin walls so noise from adjacent room woke me up in the early morning.

There were little ants in my drink and on the countertop when I woke up. The ants. And two roaches.

The room was fairly clean. That was the high point. If you like the smell of marijuana 24/7, these are your people! That was not the worst. I love a pet friendly hotel and this one is definitely welcoming to pets. Dogs barking all hours of the day and night. Presumably left alone in their room since no human was attempting to quiet them. Unlike the children screaming and crying late into the night. Their parents screamed right back at them and louder. Then there’s the game the housekeepers unwittingly involve you in. As you’re leaving your room on the first floor, the housekeeping staff and tossing bags of laundry and garbage over the railing of the second floor. They do not look to make sure no one is below them. Fun game!!! This place is not worth $100 plus per night!

The room was clean but little to no hot water in the shower.

The sheets were soo dirty, had holes, saw some red stains , even on the walls, Homeless people disturbing, had to call security to escort me . Didn’t feel safe.

Location Room was full of mold, left early due to the smell and office being closed. Property hasn’t honored any refund for the issue. Property should be inspected by proper authorities

Everything else! Unclean, warm (a/c didn't work), gross room, even worse bathroom

The electric outlet next to the bed, didn't work but, everything else fine.

The room had mold growing all on the ceiling and walls. The room smelled awful.
