The first room they put me in had bedbugs inside the bed and I’m pissed and demanding a full refund The roads were filthy

It was advertised as free breakfast but it was not true. All they offered was coffee, juice and packaged muffins.

Room smell straight like cigarette and had doors either holes, bath tub had burn stains all over.

First the door to the room i got would not open, after a few trips to the front desk to tell them the door is not opening i was told to jiggel it pull up then down (lol). When i finally got in the room ,their was hair on the bed and the sheet was dirty on both bed it was a double queen room, i asked for a change of room,the other room that I got, only one bed was clean and the shower walls and curtain showed it have not been washed in a while the tub was rusting and the floor around the toilet looked dirty like an unkempt public toilet,and seemed as if i flushed it one more time it is going to back up and run over, i was so tired after driving for 12 hours i just wanted to rest the night and move on, i would not recommend anyone to stay their.

The room had a very unpleasant smell. The shower was broken, and breakfast consisted only of coffee, juice from concentrate, and a muffin. The only good thing was that the sheets and towels were clean, like new.

The room wasn’t clear enough and the room smells so bad I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. The noise level made it difficult to sleep, and overall the hotel did not match the quality that was advertised. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

Booking was for a non smoking room. First room smelled like an ashtray. Staff moved us to another room but that room was smokey too and people around the property were smoking and tub had burn marks despite being a smoke free hotel. Didn't look like pictures and was older than expected and was not worth the $120 a night that was spent. Very disappointed.
