Personal were really nice and make you feel welcome. Everybody really care about to give the best experience to you. The breakfast was amazing, the coffee really good. The facilities a little bit outdated but beside that the rest was excellent

Very safe and clean hotel. Right off I95, very convenient. Breakfast was good. Ate dinner at Haggerty’s which is about 5 minutes from the hotel. Also very good!

The place was pretty cool.Except for the air conditioning was broke downstairs, so it made it almost impossible to eat breakfast.In the morning, but you can't hold it against them, stuff happens other than that.I have no complaints.The place was great

The Hampton Inn in Roanoke Rapids is located in a great location. The grounds and building (inside and out) appear to be well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. They were professional and courteous.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is near shopping areas and the visitors center. It is within 20-45” of several other historic towns and located near the interstate.

A/c didn’t work efficiently, room was humid and sheets felt damp. Mattress was lumpy as were pillows. Blinds didn’t close completely so Room was bright early dawn. I have used Hampton many times but was very disappointed this time.

The room was spacious and nice. The front desk was very helpful and nice.

The first room we were assigned we were unable to get in because the key card just fell into the lock. Someone brought us up to the second room and made sure we got in. There was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals. When we went to use the facilities the handle of the toilet fell right off. Every time we used it we had to replace it. They also had a shelf for the towels positioned on the wall next to the toilet, which we continuously bumped our heads on.
