While I have no complaints whatsoever about the General Manager—who was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, attentive, and provided fantastic customer service—my experience with the front desk receptionist was unfortunately quite different. The receptionist’s customer service was subpar and, in my opinion, lacked the level of professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. He would benefit from additional training, particularly in conflict resolution, de-escalation, and effectively handling guest concern

This was my first visit to this location and I was impressed from the moment I walked through the door. I immediately noticed how clean it was and the professionalism from the gentleman at the front counter. I believe his s name was Jonathan. He was top tier and definitely left an impression. My room was very clean and everything was nice in the room. I definitely will be going back.
