The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. My only concern was there were towels left hanging in the wardrobe from previous occupants, but the staff was very polite and removed them and recleaned the room.

the room would have been great except for the fact that it was next to the elevator and all we heard all night was it in use. then at 2am someone next door had the tv blasting full volume until 6am, the staff front desk was very friendly, that was the ONLY good thing about this stay. never again..

Stayed one night on our move from Florida to Baltimore. The parking lot was easy to maneuver and park our car that had a 6 ft by 12 ft trailer attached to it, The staff was very helpful, the property allowed our cat, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was incredible.

The pool was not in use but the website did not mention that when I was booking. I had children who wanted to swim after our long ride and would’ve chosen a different place if I had been made aware. The breakfast was nothing special. Staff was on their cell phones everytime I walked past. The gym was decent enough but the treadmill is not accurate.

Hotel was clean breakfast was amazing but the amenities was a major let down. Then the pool was out of service they are doing construction which was not mentioned anywhere on hotels.com prior to me booking or during the months appro my check-in date. I could had booked somewhere else so hotels.com really dropped the ball with that. And of course no one wants to accept responsibility of failing to mentioned what amenities will actually be available during your stay so if you're looking for a place to sleep sure if you can about getting your money's worth with amenities then good luck.

La propiedad esta cerca del I-95 los desayunos están bien pero la limpieza en la habitación no es muy buena los botes para basura no tenían bolsa y el shower estaba sucio cuando llegamos había pelo de los huéspedes anteriores les falta mas limpieza en los cuartos

Dante at check in was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good! It was evident that the cook took pride in what he did.

My husband and I were given a room with two small beds instead of the room with the King size bed we had paid for, and the woman at the front desk did nothing to make things right. The pillows were rock hard and the shower strangely loud. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen another property, and we won’t be back.

Overall the property was clean and well maintained The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Still do not understand how you pay the full price for a room and no one comes to clean room and bring you clean towels I guess tat Covid did make us money
