There were no towels enough for the number of people in the room . The front desk clerk was so apathetic and couldn’t care less. It is noisy, we could even hear the steps upstairs. The room was clean . The beds were good , we just needed a place to rest . In the morning , mind that it was like 8:00 something my kids were giggling not yelling and we heard a huge thump as the room besides us was demanding silence , it was so scary. The breakfast: we just looked around , there was no place to sit and the food look unappetizing, when I saw someone coming from the kitchen without gloves just dumping eggs from a plastic bowl instead of taking the container to be filled in the kitchen , the whole thing looked gross and we decided just to go to the Starbucks near buy. Facilities: I would never try the pool the hotel was very simple but at least it was clean.

They were very accommodating with me hauling a trailer. Breakfast bar had good variety and the coffee was hot.

The location is perfect, right off I-95 , breakfast was great a wide variety to choose from, I lover the oatmeal.

We were surprised and disappointed inthat we were not able to charge sundries and treats from the store to our room number. We needed cash or credit card and they were in our room.

Awesome place for a weekend

This use to be my go to hotel whenever I would visit Roanoke Rapids, NC. It seems to me this hotel is under new management. Upon checking in, I had to call the front desk 3 times about the running back in forth over my head. My family and I couldn't sleep due to a children running back and forth. I was offered points for a free night which I didn't receive and it doesn't matter, I won't be returning. Early the next morning the same exact running back and forth early in the morning. I called the front desk once again to address the issue. The walls are super thin also. Later on that night the bed is squeaking with lots of moans and groans. My family and I can literally hear a couple making out. That was it for me, I couldn't wait to check out. My family and I will not return to this particular hotel. I will take my family to the new Fairfield Inn that's down the street near the Longhorn Restaurant.

Clean, quiet, nothing crazy, but a good restful night for a stop over.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. My only concern was there were towels left hanging in the wardrobe from previous occupants, but the staff was very polite and removed them and recleaned the room.

the room would have been great except for the fact that it was next to the elevator and all we heard all night was it in use. then at 2am someone next door had the tv blasting full volume until 6am, the staff front desk was very friendly, that was the ONLY good thing about this stay. never again..

Stayed one night on our move from Florida to Baltimore. The parking lot was easy to maneuver and park our car that had a 6 ft by 12 ft trailer attached to it, The staff was very helpful, the property allowed our cat, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was incredible.

The pool was not in use but the website did not mention that when I was booking. I had children who wanted to swim after our long ride and would’ve chosen a different place if I had been made aware. The breakfast was nothing special. Staff was on their cell phones everytime I walked past. The gym was decent enough but the treadmill is not accurate.
