Brentwood Inn & Suites

Parking lot was well lit and safe. Room was great for the price. Bathroom was a little outdated but clean. I would stay there again if passing through the area.

Food was left in fridge, bad smell in room, a man was in front of the building he looked homeless they called the cops drama while checking in, staff was nice.

I really wasn't impressed with the room. Pillows had no pillow cases, no sheets on the bed. No extra toile paper in the room. No towels, had to go to desk to request and was told only 1 towel per person. Room had cockroaches crawling acrossthe floor and uo the walls. Will not go there again!

You get what you pay for - in this case a hot shower, cable TV, and a bed. The room smelled of smoke, and the manager sprayed some air freshener. It was close to lots of food options, including fast food and a grocery store, which was nice. For a pit stop on a long trip, it did what I needed.

Property is in pretty good shape for the age. Lots of things have been upgraded and replaced over the years.

We were highly disappointed with our stay. The room lacked serious maintenance, lamp broken,huge holes in the blanket, burn marks on the tub, peeling paint in the bathroom and the bed had a huge sink hole in the middle. Only positive was the sheets and towels were clean. We looked forward to swimming in the pool that was advertised, but that was covered in a tarp, and there was no coffee or breakfast in the lobby when we left, which is advertised as well.

No breakfast. Just coffee or tea.

Yikes, this is the first hotel I have left in the middle of the night due to a bug infestation. The physical condition of the property inside and out is ok, not great, not horrible. The first indication of a problem was an odd odor. At first we thought they gave us a smoking room, so tried another room. Same odor. Wrote it off as maybe some odd room deoderizer, as it was bearable. The real problems appeared after we slept for an hour or so. Our cat was making noise so we got up to check on it and found many bugs crawling around on the floor. I'm not sure what they were, looked a little like mini roaches, maybe bedbugs. They were in all areas of the floor. That was enough to send us packing. We checked out around midnight. The girl at the desk offered another room, but we saw enough and headed down the road. The hotels.com reviews for this hotel are misleading. Many reviews say outstanding or exceptional. Don't believe them. Look at the Google reviews. That's where you will see the truth.

The TV channel lineup was excellent. The ice machine was helpful. The shower was hot. The GPS coordinates were way off. Located near the bowling alley for a reference.

I left because I could not stay in a smoking and pet room. They refused to refund. I did not stay there. I made the reservation within 30 minutes upon arrival. I reserved online a non-smoking pet free room. I was shown 2 rooms and both were smoked in and had pets and it had deodorizer to try to cover it up. I could not stay there I will get sick. It’s happened to me before in a rental car. So I left thinking that Expedia would back me up. Mind you I arrived there within 30 minutes of making the reservation. The guy in the counter said I need to talk to Expedia and Expedia says I need to talk to the guy at the counter. It was going back-and-forth. I finally complained to my credit card and I explained that it’s nonrefundable. But on their paperwork, it shows that they cannot guarantee a non-smoking room. So if you are non-smoker and you’d like a filthy place, this is a place for you. It’s right next to the highway so it’s noisy. I would worry about bedbugs because some people did have pictures showing bedbugs and how filthy it was but it was removed. Don’t pay unless you go there and see if this is good for you.

Good beds and quiet, but exhaust fan didn’t work, light bulbs out, no hangers, no breakfast, etc.

The room was super clean the staff was super friendly there's tons of amenities and shopping to do if you choose

Clean and beds comfortable, ac worked well so thankful for that, for the price was great Bathroom dry wall and paint job was not so nice but everything worked well.
