I was traveling from Florida to Massachusetts with my dog and arrived late and exhausted, so I was simply too tired to complain and request another room. Otherwise, the room itself was perfectly adequate, but the cigarette smoke odor was intolerable and made my stay very uncomfortable.

This motel has been refurbished and rebranded as a Radisson motel. However, it was still disgusting. There were also other bugs in our room. The whole place just had an unclean feeling. Take my advice and steer clear.

Bed and floor had what appeared to be dog hair all over it. Had to request clean sheets. Clerk was nice.

It was ok, could use a taller place to hang things, the remote doesn't match tv, better breakfast, air conditioner could use Freon

bathroom door falling off the hinges staff not helpful in resolving this issue, when asked for an additional blanket staff replied none available, 3 containers of personal hygene products re: body wash shampoo and conditioner hanging in the shower empty and free breakfast was a joke my daughter and I left the property and went some where else for breakfast after seeing pittance that was offered

The sink, microwave and refrigerator were not cleaned well. Very disappointed.

I had to bath my husky because he was so dirty when we left. Told the staff but they didn’t do anything. I felt like we should get a refund but nothing yet.Room 119

Found two roaches in the room. Breakfast was not available. Charged me twice for the room. Hotel was not the same outside as the inside of the hotel. Would not recommend this hotel

NOTHING The room smelt awful, we were on the second floor and surrounded by construction workers that liked to party al night, while checking in another guest was in the office complaining about the same things. The man at the counter acted like he didn't really care about what was being said. He was not friendly at all! I think for the price that was paid the room could've been alot better!

The property did not accept my reservation, even though i paid for it and had a confirmation . I had to find another place to sleep after driving for 13 hours

That the door to my room was hard to open.. The door was so hard that when my husband kept tryna open it having to pull it hard it came open and split his lip
