Bed and floor had what appeared to be dog hair all over it. Had to request clean sheets. Clerk was nice.

It was ok, could use a taller place to hang things, the remote doesn't match tv, better breakfast, air conditioner could use Freon

The sink, microwave and refrigerator were not cleaned well. Very disappointed.

I had to bath my husky because he was so dirty when we left. Told the staff but they didn’t do anything. I felt like we should get a refund but nothing yet.Room 119

Found two roaches in the room. Breakfast was not available. Charged me twice for the room. Hotel was not the same outside as the inside of the hotel. Would not recommend this hotel

NOTHING The room smelt awful, we were on the second floor and surrounded by construction workers that liked to party al night, while checking in another guest was in the office complaining about the same things. The man at the counter acted like he didn't really care about what was being said. He was not friendly at all! I think for the price that was paid the room could've been alot better!

The property did not accept my reservation, even though i paid for it and had a confirmation . I had to find another place to sleep after driving for 13 hours

That the door to my room was hard to open.. The door was so hard that when my husband kept tryna open it having to pull it hard it came open and split his lip

Nothing but friendly staff The floor was dirty, there was mold, fruit flies and roaches. The towels wash rags and blankets were dirty. The sink foset was broken.

No hot water and there was roaches in the room I asked for my bill to be adjusted for the extra guest that was in the room ( the bugs) and was told that I had to go through booking.com WIll NOT EVER stay at another again
