The room was clean and spacious. It was conveniently located off the interstate. The continental breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. Elevators were at one end of the hotel and our room was at the other end.

I could not fault this place, very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The only thing that really ruin it is the lady in the front desk. She looks super stressed out that she made us feel that we are burden rather than guests specially that they could not find my other room booking. Breakfast is okay, but very few selection, but with the price, we could not complain. The pool looks dirty at a distance but we did not use it so not really sure if it is. Overall, I would over look the other things, what is important is I had a comfortable sleep.

Check in was quick and the woman at the front desk was very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Mattress and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was clean and shower had lots of hot water. I was on the ground floor facing the parking lot but I didn't hear any noise or commotion outside. Slept great both nights so this is on my short list of hotels in Roanoke so I will be back. Thank you to all of the staff for what they provide for their guests.
