Staff was super nice and helpful!!

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working well enough to keep the floor from feeling damp. The humidity level was quite high. Otherwise, nice stop and close to a good Mexican restaurant.

Check-in was super easy, we didn’t use the pool because we came in late but I was surprised it was open til midnight. Our room was huge for the price, and probably the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I am so picky about hotel sheets but they were SO soft. The blankets were a bit light but that’s just my preference (I like heavy blankets when I sleep). This will be a regular stop when we pass through this way.

Housekeeping could had done a better job cleaning the rooms. Other than that our stay was great. I would book again in the future.

The sofa bed had dirty unmade sheets in them. Thankfully the front desk gave us fresh sheets. There was hair in the bathtub. The breakfast was terrible. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and the breakfast was much better in the past. I don’t think I wld stay again. The couch bed condition was unacceptable. And the free breakfast was an incentive to stay, but since it was terrible I wouldn’t likely choose this hotel again.

Great place to layover on my way to NY…convenient on/off Rt. 81…nice bed, TV, and great breakfast…and pool was open til midnite!!

Dog friendly, but a lot of barking was disruptive. The bath tub was dangerously slippery. Coffee was pretty bad. Staff were nice.

The staff shared that pets are mostly kept on the first floor and it definitely smelled like pet urine so that was a turn off.

The room was clean and well maintained. However the bathroom had no hand soap and breakfast was mediocre. Sausage gravy was cold like it was just taken out of the refrigerator and there wasn't much of a selection of food and we got to breakfast right as it opened.

Well maintained. Clean rooms. I've stayed here multiple times while traveling through Western Virginia. It's always been consistently good.

We stayed at this property twice in a matter of a week as it was half way between our destination. We loved it. It was clean pool and gym have great hours. Breakfast was decent. Staff was amazing and so helpful. We had a terrible smelling room the second time and they switched it so quick no questions asked. Highly recommend.

This property was very clean and put together . Staff was friendly easy check in. Rooms were big and spacious . Bed was so comfortable but ask for a blanket there is not one in the room . Air is COLD in room . Breakfast was perfect . Huge indoor pool all though we didn’t use that . Nothing it was a great hotel for the night
