The Woman at the fromt desk was nice The dirty bedsheets. The bugs on the floor in the hall. The damaged dirty toiletseat the shower where the paint came off.

I like it that hallway is long and I can walk it for exercise when weather is wet outside. I enjoy being able to buy sandwiches at the hotel - saves me time not having to go out. I enjoyed the eggs, sausage, yogurt and orange juice at breakfast they provided. I noticed a police officer making rounds on hotel property in day time and after dark - safety. Very appreciative of free upgrade given me - from 2 double beds to a king size bed. Hotel in very good location - easy for me to travel west to Covington to visit family members.

There was a fight in the next room, so I checked out at 3 AM instead of planned 11 AM. While people were screaming and yelling in that room, the receptionist was sleeping peacefully at the front desk

Nothing Sheets and pillows were stained, human hairs found in bed, holes in linen, as well as lots of pet stains and odor. Overall very unsatisfactory, front desk employee didn't sound surprised when I brought these concerns to him. Still trying to contact management for refund as I didn't stay

They gave me a problem about my service dog WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW. The put me in the back in an unsafe area with a door lock that did not work and told me it was because of my SERVICE DOG that dogs were not allowed on the first floor by the service desk Unclean, lights do not work, DOOR LOCK AND ENTRY WAS BROKE

Front staff friendly. Elizabeth was very understanding with our pet. The lay out of hotel location . Cars could park in front of Rome It made our night in and out very convenient! Breakfast simple had eggs. Sausage work for us. Angel Diner 3 mile from hotel open after 9 pm. The carpet could be cleaner! Overall . It’s fair for one night stay over!

Nice big room with fantastic A/C. I didn’t have a car but there was a Starbucks nearby and El Patio a fabulous Mexican/CA trailer. Excellent burritos and pupusas — world class. Hotel was peaceful and quiet with friendly staff. Kroger and Dunkin were about a mile walk away

Convenient location for a long distance trip. Neither of the rooms (#260 or #125) assigned to me during my attempt to check in were properly clean; visible staining and discoloration on ALL bed linens on both beds in both rooms. Other furniture & common surfaces were not wiped down or sanitized.
