Room was very nice and spacious. Everything looked very new and clean. Not a welcoming staff on check-in. Coffee was not good and was not re-filled timely during breakfast. Pool was very nice and clean.

For the price and location, it was great. The food at breakfast did not disappoint and the room was awesome. It had 2 queens a sofa with a trundle bed, a walk in closet and huge bathroom Total cost for a family of 4 was $137

This is the first time visiting as I was in town for work. The place was very nice, and everyone was friendly. I stayed Monday through Thursday morning. My place didn't get cleaned or touched the whole time I was there. When I came back the first time after work I was like dang, they didn't clean my room or trash. The next morning, I told the front desk to please have someone clean my room. They asked if my do not disturb was on my door. I told them it wasn't. They said they would get someone to clean it. Came back from work again and STILL did not clean my room. No, clean sheets, no clean towels, no trash taken out. So, I went downstairs and said something that night and morning. All I got was sorry. So don't know if I'll come back to that one after this.

The property was very nicely decorated. Breakfast was acceptable. Our room was very nice and spacious. However, the toliet in our bathroom made a very loud noise every few minutes. We would have informed the front desk of the noise but after a very long train ride it was late when we arrived and we were having to leave very early the next morning. We had hopes that the noise would stop. The noise didn’t stop and was so loud that no one in our room got any sleep. We made video of the noise for reference if needed.

Beautiful new hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff.

Arrived before check in time . Paid to use the ev charger and walked around to front to check in . I was told no rooms were ready . It was just an hour before check in time and we were tired after driving many hours . I walked a long distance around to where my car was charging and the clerk came around and said they had a room .

Other thank the fact that the body soap was missing, everything was great!!
