Service was good, breakfast was great, room was clean, unfortunately the pool wasn't available. Overall it was nice.

The property is clean. Location is great, right around the corner from our location. Previous guest left shirts in closet.

Everything was great except there is no outdoor pool as stated. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance. Staff was very nice, room was very clean and comfortable. We didnt use the breakfast, but the coffee was great

The property is easily accessible from the interstate. The staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. Also, third party booking sites were not notified by the hotel that the pool was closed. When checking in, all managers were off duty and the young man at the counter said, “I’m not even supposed to be here.” We chose this location for accessibility and it had a pool for our children. The pool was closed and the booking site wasn’t notified of that. The manager had to be called on her personal phone and she refused to give any type of guidance of who to contact because she was off duty enjoying time with her grandson and couldn’t help. The bathroom floors were dirty the toilet wasn’t cleaned well.

The pool and laundry were both closed. Which would have been helpful to know prior to booking since I booked it for because of the pool. Breakfast was amazing the staff were mostly great. Over all pretty decent experience would stay again.

My room was near the side exit door. It only seemed to slam shut so made for a very noisy room late into the night.

The pool was closed. I would not have stayed at that property had I known it was closed. Very disappointed kids. The washer on the second floor was not working. Guests should not be charged full price without the expected amenities.

We had traveled over 6 hours to meet our Nephew to do our summer pick-up of our Great Niece who also drove 6 hours to meet up with us, we were tired and we were unable to early check-in (1 hour) Over all we would stay there again.

The beds were confortable and the room spacious Was told we would have a crib but it was a pack n play. The AC was not working properly in our room, it was very hot. The breakfast was mediocre.
