Bar man was lovely Shame he cut his finger badly and had to go to ER but insisted on still serving us. (Hope he ok now). Nothing really near by that we saw

Lobby area and bar were fine, but the room and hallways smelled like old wet clothes. The smell in the hall was just as bad. Had to open sliding door overnight to help. Dark and dingy overall. Not worth the Marriott price tag by any means. Not a hotel I will come back to. Also, they charge extra if you drive. Really, $5 to park at the hotel Im staying at.

She explained since I booked thru Expedia, like it was a no no, she didn’t Have a receipt. Understandable but the tone was not acceptable. Hate that because u do have a nice property.

Room was spacious with 2 beds and lots of room., and it was clean. The room got too warm in the night, and there was no way to control the thermostat. The hotel charged me for merely parking there. No complimentary breakfast or even coffee. How about just a little coffee? Won't be back!

Loved everything the room was spacious, clean,and quiet. Staff was amazing. I paid cash so since I did i had to put a $250 cash deposit, I did get it back when I checked out but it was less money I had for spending that I wasnt expecting.

Courtyard Roanoke has quickly become my top choice when visiting Roanoke. Incredible front desk staff. Everyone at the hotel provides service with a smile and is always willing to help.

quick and easy in and out trip while on the road. Enjoyed proximity to downtown Roanoke -- try Lucky restaurant -- yum. Always disappointing to not be able to have a fresh cup of coffee on early departures. Starbucks not opened and in room coffee was not drinkable.
