Location was great. Bar was perfect for a late night arrival. The laundry on the way to the elevator was weird.

Nice interior design. The lobby and the bar area was very welcoming. The menu selection was limited, if I wasnt so tired from a long drive I would have gone out to eat. The reception area dress almost prompted me to turn around and leave. "SLOPPY"! The breakfast menu was very limited. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Also the sound proofing in the hallways left the rooms very noisy when there was any activity in the middle of the night.

Super clean property. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Really enjoyed interacting with the front desk staff, especially Vanessa. Professional, yet pleasant and helpful in conversation. Will stay there again if in the Roanoke area, and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay especially the lobby lounge area. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. We thought breakfast should be included in our stay. We paid $9.98 per person. We expected to see more variety at breakfast, but it was the same every day
