The breakfast was phenomenal. To actually have fresh eggs and sausage along with a massive amount of choices of breakfast food foods from bagels or cereal or yogurt was amazing. Everything in the room was clean and neat. Most of the front desk staff were awesome. I was even able to get an extended checkout the one day I needed one. I think my only complaint is one of the front desk people had an attitude.

This hotel was awful. The first room we went to the sheets were soiled and there were pubic hairs on the hand towel in the bathroom. Went down to the front desk and asked for a different room- she wasn’t apologetic or surprised by the dirty linen- we got a second room- linens were clean but the shower had mold and pubic hairs in it it, the shower door track was put on upside down so the doors didn’t close- so that was fun. The mattresses are so hard to sleep on. Would never stay here again and I would love my money back.

The room was very clean and the pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was hand sanitizer in the breakfast area.

The ease of check in, allowing my dog to come. The location. The shower head in the bathroom fell off as soon as I touched the shower curtain and I had to hold it the entire time I took a shower. It appeared that the suction cup was worn out. However, I told receptionist and they fixed immediately.

This hotel was above and beyond. First the check in with Christine was flawless and so enjoyable. She was the best front desk clerk I have ever encountered! The breakfast was very good. The room was super clean and comfy! All in all a great stay!!
