Spark by Hilton Roanoke Airport

No glasses in the room, even in the bathroom to rinse.

We stayed an overnight due to a road trip. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, bathrooms clean. Excellent hotel

We stayed 2 nights and got no sleep. There was a mechanical banging in the walls. We informed the front desk 3 times. Each time, the person wrote a note in a notebook but no one ever solved the issue. When we first checked in, the bathroom sink stopper was stuck shut. We informed the front desk but no one came to fix this. I did. After leaving, we got charged an extra $5.27 for parking. We were never told about this extra charge. DO NOT STAY HERE! The room we stayed in was a handicapped room with a walk in shower. The curtain for the shower allowed water to go out of the shower and all over the floor because it was set outside of the shower.

Staff was very helpful. I was traveling overnight from Alaska and arriving in VA in the morning. Since they weren’t at full capacity, they gave me a room at 11:00 so I could shower and change to attend a Celebration of Life for a dear friend. So much appreciated! Room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast! And an airport shuttle!

The hotel was okay. It was all sparkle with a nice staff. Was surprised that the company has started charging $5 a day for parking fees. I would definitely call this a hidden fee. I went back to the hotel details which said self parking. Nothing about fees. There was a sign at the front desk which does nothing for those booking online. The breakfast was just okay. We were there for almost a week visiting family. The limited choices got old fast. The fruit definitely was not all that fresh.

Clean specious room! Great stuff! Breaks was nice, coffee and tea 24/7.

It was an Everage hotel, had a good experience.

My vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot. As a Hilton Honors member I was treated poorly by the general manager during my last trip.

Clean room

We got in after 2am because our flight was delayed. The front desk staff was wonderful. I wanted decaf coffee and she brewed it fresh and brought it to my room. Great breakfast. Fitness room. Clean. Park8ng available for a small fee. That's to prevent just any car being left there.My second time here.

Great place friendly staff cleanliness was great

I was told we had to get an app from the front desk in order to use the TV. There were no helpful instructions in the room, and the QR code that was given only lead to the site. So incredibly inconvenient when you just want to relax and just want to watch a game. Very frustrating.

We had a very late check in. I was impressed by the front desk efficiency at that late hour.

There are two of these in Roanoke one of them is a complete dump in a really bad location and the other one is really great. I don’t know why they slapped a name of a Hilton related property on such a bad bad bad HOTEL.

Room was sparkling clean, the young man that help me out at around 9pm on 7/19, was the best. I wish I could remember his name but he was a great help and all the staff was friendly but special shout out to him!

Ideal location

Fantastic place! Fast airport shuttle, super clean and safe hotel, the front desk staff was amazing. Will definitely stay again.

A good hot breakfast was advertised but all they had was a bagel bar. Room had a weird humid smell. The bed smelled like stale playdoh. They charged for parking (which they did not mention before hand) despite having a huge parking lot. There were a lot of bees outside in the front parking area which should be properly maintained in case children are playing outside. The only good part about our stay was the lady at the check in who was so kind and so awesome and answered all of our questions. I don’t recall her name but she was so great.
