Rome was decently clean definitely needed to be vacuumed and wipe down very dusty toilet isn’t working properly ran all night. I was told they could switch rooms or just sleep with the door closed. Dealing with two young children. Moving rooms was very inconvenient towels had hairs in them furniture very used in old.

The place smells of mold. AC’s are filthy and either freeze or don’t work at all. Beds aren’t comfortable, but more than anything it just smells bad.

It was just a one night stay it was clean. It was comfortable four stars.

I was delightfully surprised by the amazing room, the selections for breakfast and the very helpful and accommodating staff. I will stay here next time I find myself traveling to Roanoke!

Everything was great! It would be nice to have more vending machines with snacks, there were none, just a drink machine. Maybe something can be added to the dining area, a snack machine and drink machine.

Breakfast was just average, and having only one elevator made things a little inconvenient in the morning, but it was fine for a “layover” stop.
