But, I love Hampton inn when I travel.

Unfriendly staff. Hotel is not secure, outdoor entrances unlocked for anyone to enter. Unhoused people wandering the property adjacent to the hotel and ypu should need a key to enter. I've machine on first floor broken and when asking staff about it was informed they knew it was broken but seemed disinterested and rude when putting an out of order sign on it might be helpful. Water temperature in the room was dangerously hot and probably not up to code and could scald a child or elderly person. Was told we could not use cash to pay for room only after we already arrived. Overall disappointing experience, luckily it was only for one night.

Right in the middle of a renovation meant some of the amenities were not available.

Absolutely enjoyed our short stay! Very clean, spacious, and helpful staff. Great customer service skills!!! We will be back!

We arrived Tuesday and did not get a room clean up until Friday evening. We were not informed at time of reserving location that hotel was under renovation. Gym/fitness area was unavailable, construction noises during breakfast, awful noises during the night. Pool was not open. Coffee was not hot or fresh.

When I first walked in I noticed that the front desk consisted of two 8 foot folding tables put together. There was no place to sit. Electric wires were exposed from outlets. Don’t use this hotel till they finish the renovation

The stay was terrific. We enjoyed our stay but was surprised to see the renovations in the lobby. Also, we had a very low bed that we never asked to receive.

Room was excellent, staff was ok, breakfast was not partaken . The construction was not posted online and difficult to navigate. The ability to move luggage was challenging with only two old luggage racks which were unavailable when needed. The cost of the room did not reflect in the original fee even though I requested only hotels that accepted cats. I found this to be unreasonable and poorly handled. I will not return to this hotel. $300. For one night one person was an abomination.

All of the main entrances were closed due to the renovation. Check-in was conducted at a small desk by the back entrance with only one staff member available. In addition, construction work had already begun during breakfast, immediately adjacent to the dining area. The first floor was noticeably dusty, and the dust caused irritation to my throat.

I received a house call at 10:47 pm asking if I was room 201 and if I wanted a black booty call. Ridiculous.

Good stay. Staff friendly. Clean & comfortable.

Nice clean and comfortable. Even though they are under construction on the first floor, the hotel still looked clean. The huge dumpster in the back. I wished they could park the dumpsters near the back of the lot.
